Everything about the Svakom Hannes Neo feels like a premium product. The box it comes in fits alongside other luxury technology products from the likes of Apple and similar high end brands. The materials of the device itself are premium as well and never felt like a low quality plastic mold. The user interface of the two software apps are straightforward enough to easily connect and jump into some solo play, interactive videos, or remote play with your partner. Overall, the Svakom team did their best in producing a very high quality product. The only slightest design oversight I came across was the open access power button which runs the risk of being pressed while traveling with the device in a bag which is why I can't give it a perfect 100 score. It'd be a seriously awkward situation having to pull out this fun toy in the middle of an airport although it's overall a great device.

Ease of Use

The box includes a quickstart guide to use the Hannes Neo offline without an internet connection that's simple enough to follow. Pressing and holding the signature "S" Svakom logo for 2 seconds turns on the device and single pressing it afterward cycles through 5 different throbbing modes of varying intensities. Long pressing the button with a thermometer icon activates the heating function which the manual suggests takes up to 10 minutes to reach adequate warmth levels. Absolutely make sure to turn off the function after or near that 10 minute mark to prevent long term damage to the device.

Quality

The Hannes Neo is without a doubt a high-quality product. Nothing about it felt cheap or unreliable during my use with various parts of its feature set. It's surprisingly quiet given how intense some of the modes can become although I'd still recommend you close the door to your room if you value your privacy. The removable sleeve itself is made out of TPE which requires rinsing with soap, water, and drying after use to keep the toy sanitary. Making or selling alternative silicone sleeves would immediately bump the quality rating up to a perfect 100.

Price

Performance

In short solo use was super intense at times, partner remote control access was fun and equally as intense at the highest settings for prolonged use, and the interactive content was an amazing novelty. The throbbing movements feel particularly intense on the glans and lower shaft although I did find my tip pushing against the back of the toy consistently (I'm 7 inches for reference). The entire box carries some heft and the black foam that keeps the device in place is not your typical foam either. You can tell the design team over at Svakom applied the same premium design philosophy of the device to the packaging itself. Keep in mind though that the main box itself is nondescript and only features the Svakom name; however, the outer paper sleeve very clearly features images the device front and center so you might want to reconsider your storing options if privacy is your concern. The packaging experience was altogether a pleasant experience due to the quality materials, included charger, short manual, and storage of the device.

Materials and care

The removable sleeve is made out of your standard porous TPE material. That means that you must use some soap and water to maintain ideally before and after use. This simple maintain prevents the accumulation of bacteria keeping your Johnson nice and clean. I would still love to see Svakom sell silicone sleeves with different internal molds or even collaborations similar to Fleshlight or any of the many online sleeves available.
