The Rose Quartz dildo is essentially a lump of very hard, very smooth rock, which when you think about it, doesn't provide a lot of stimulation. It doesn't vibrate, it doesn't have a lot of textural details, and it isn't shaped to target your g-spot. The bulbous shape does create a lovely full feeling that put pleasant pressure on my g-spot but stimulation from the Rose Quartz Dildo alone wasn't enough for me to have an orgasm. It required additional clitoral stimulation. It is however a lovely tool for exploring slow, sensual stimulation, massaging in between the labia and even around the clitoris.

To get the full spiritual benefits, they also recommend visualizing any energetic impurities being washed away. When you are done, make sure to dry the wand and store it in its padded pouch.
