The Unihorn Is So Incredibly Cute!
The moment I saw the Unihorn collection, I just HAD to review one. So, I ended up ordering Heart Throb, which has a vibrating body and a little nose that pulses to give your clitoris that unique tapping sensation that most sex toys don’t offer. And when this little guy arrived, I was enchanted by the toy-like box and how incredibly cute Heart Throb was. Then I turned it on…..Whoa My Goodness!
Let me tell you, that little nose thumps and pulsates with so much power, it’s insane! And FYI, if you happen to purchase one of these, do yourself a favor and use the vibrating body first. The reason I say this is that the pulsating nose, straight out of the gate, will get you off in mere seconds. Sure, I am extremely sensitive when it comes to clitoral stimulation, but WHOA! This was a different sensation that I really have difficulty putting into words. Furthermore, using the vibration setting allows you to take advantage of the quivering tail on your clitoris, using the bumpy mane all over your clitoris and labia, as well as pressing against your labia, vaginal opening and clitoris all at once. Even the tiny little horn vibrates on the higher settings, for another, unique clitoral thrill. It's incredibly easy to use the Unihorn Heart Throb! There are 2 individual buttons, one for the pulsating nose, and the other for the entire body vibration. Each button turns on with a 2-second press, and easily scrolls through the 10 settings. Best of all, you can use each setting alone or combined. I loved that it's chunky and easy to grip, so it's great for those with hand mobility and small motor issues. The charger is magnetic, so that's easy to use as well. Overall, the ease of use is top-notch.
Quality
I knew the second I touched this toy that it was made from top-notch silicone, as it was super-soft. The sculpting is so cute, it looks like one of those inflatable, bouncy horses. When it comes to power, this tiny package packs a punch, as both motors put out some serious vibrations and pulsations. However, the pulsing nose is quite noisy, that is, until you press it against your body. After that, it's not so bad. Finally, this little guy is so well-made and sturdy, you won't have to worry about breaking him if dropped - he actually bounces a bit! Extremely, high-quality toy!
Price
I find the price of the Heart Throb Unihorn to be quite reasonable, especially when comparing it to other, similar toys. The toy performs well, has immense power, is rechargeable and even comes in a displayable box. In my opinion, it's well worth every penny!
Performance
Wow, does this little guy perform! I was shocked at the powerful pulsations, as well as the all-over vibrations. And although the pulsing nose motor is noisy, it does quiet down once it is pressed against your body. The other motor, well, it close to being silent! The Unihorn never got warm, while using it, even with an hour or more of running it while doing this review. So, I'm thinking the battery life is quite a bit longer than they estimate! In regard to charging, I hit full power in an hour, and he was all ready to thump into the night. I am amazed at this little guy!
Packaging
I LOVE the packaging of the Unihorn Heart Throb! It reminds me of the original 80's ponies, with their delightful, colorful boxes. In fact, the box has nothing adult oriented at all on it. However, if a child lays eyes on this box, you'll have a tantrum on your hands, because it really looks like a child's toy. Best of all, the box is medium weight, features clear windows to display the cutie inside, and is perfect to use for storage. Aren't we all still children, at heart?!
Materials and care
The materials from which the Unihorn Heart Throb is made, is silicone. Therefore, only use water-based lubricants while playing. This little guy is only splash proof, so don't dunk him in water when cleaning. However, a quick splash of water, a little bit of soap and a rinse is fine. Then pat dry and store back in the box or in a sex toy storage bag.
