My Verdict
I am completely obsessed with this belt! If I could have only one accessory in BDSM collection, this would be it. It's feels incredible to wear, is beautifully made, and just works so well! The clamps stay put without being painful at all and they really open everything up for full access fun! They also work well as nipple clamps so you can wear it two ways!

Personal Experience
Beautiful Bondage
This has to be the most beautiful item in my bondage collection! The ornate black and gold design are just divine and the quality is impeccable! Did the heavy labia clamps intimidate me? Oh hell yeah! Did that excite me? You bet! The retractable cable design is also so smart! I love that you can adjust it perfectly to your body and how much of a pull you want and it’s simple to do while wearing the clamps. Even better, it’s simple for your partner/Dom to do while you are wearing the clamps!I Never Want to Take it Off!
The minute I put the belt on, I fell in love with it! It accentuated my waist and the curves of the belt complemented the curves of my body. The black and gold looked bold and sexy while still being elegant. The clamps themselves have a beautiful shine and a nice weight to them and are considerably sized. I was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable they felt once attached, even as the string retracted and created a tugging sensation. I think this is down to the tips of the clamps being rounded and quite wide, as well as the silicone covers that sit over them. In the right position, near the top of the labia but slightly to the side, they open the whole area leaving it open and more sensitive to all kinds of stimulation. I would recommend being aroused before trying to put the clips on as this makes it easier and more pleasurable!Design
BEAUTIFUL. GORGEOUS. AMAZING. LOVE IT. The design is fabulously seductive and looks amazing on. The gold bow design is feminine and flirty while still having an elegant, adult feel. The curves of the black leather echo the curves of my body to give a really harmonious and flattering look. I also really like that the sides and back of the belt are a thinner strap as it sits really nicely on my waist. The only negative I have about the design is that the sizing is fairly limited. I would love to see a more size inclusive design, such as included extender strap or different size options.
Ease of Use
The whole thing is very easy to use and that really adds to experience. The labia clamps have a screw on the side so you can adjust the intensity (similar to a nipple clamp) and the silicone covers have a slight texture to them, which helps them to stay put. They will of course fall off if you move around a lot, but that's pretty much unavoidable. The 'BOA® Fit System' which is the mechanism that's used to retract the clamps and tighten the strings also works really well! I love that creates a smooth retraction process that's easy and accessible to a partner as well, as this is really great for power play.
Quality
Both the leather and metal hardware are impeccable quality. The leather is buttery soft and feels fantastic against my skin and the commitment to quality is really evident in the small details. UPKO write that the golden hardware is electroplated to meet the same high standard as a luxury designer bag. I don't know anything about electroplating but it really does have the feel of a high-end hand bag! The hardware feels weighty and substantial without making the belt too heavy. I also really appreciate the the clamps have a silicone sleeve as this provides a little padding keeps things hygienic!
Price
It's a bit expensive but it's totally worth it! I also don't think it's that expensive for what it is. It's such a unique design and it works so well that I think the price is actually not too bad. Knowing what I know now, I would buy it again.
Performance
I'm really impressed with how well everything works together. The clamps stay put, the mechanism that controls the length of the string between the belt and the clamps works smoothly, and it opens the labia up really well. I loved how the slight tugging felt and the restriction felt wonderful without it being painful. It also made all kinds of other stimulation feel fantastic as everything was more exposed.
Packaging
The belt comes in UPKO's signature grey box with their logo/illustration on the top. The luxurious feel of the packaging definitely added to the experience. The was belt neatly folded up inside the box, sitting on top a beautiful velvet storage bag. The metal hardware and clamps were wrapped in plastic to keep them safe and shiny.
Materials and care
The belt is made from Italian leather, so should be kept dry. To maintain the quality and prevent drying, you can use a leather conditioner from time to time. The metal hardware can be wiped down if necessary. I like to clean the clamps after each use with a little soap and a damp cloth and then make sure they are dry before storing is in its velvety bag.
