My Verdict
Overall, I rate the Vixen Colossus a 5 out of 5. This was an easy rating for me. I knew after my first use that the Colossus would be rated very highly. The Colossus was easy to put on, comfortable to wear, and had a nice, textured inside for stimulating the penis during intercourse. It performed well, whether with a full or partial erection, making it easy to keep going even if the erection is partially lost during intercourse or after climaxing. If the thick girth and large head of the VixSkin Colossus isn’t a deterrent for you or your partner(s), this is a highly recommended by me as a go-to penis extender.

My Experience With Vixen Colossus
Going Solo
From the jump, I want to start off by saying after my very first use of the Vixen VixSkin Colossus (which was solo play to get comfortable with it), I can already say that this is by far the best penis extender I’ve ever worn! I mean that. Admittedly, I haven’t worn a whole lot (four, besides this one) but there was instantly a noticeable difference with the Vixen Colossus. My favorite part of the Colossus was how well it retained its firm shape. Being hollow, some extenders can get floppy at certain points, particularly at or near the tip, which can make penetration difficult if the user is not fully erect while wearing it or if there is remaining space inside the extender. That was not an issue with the Vixen Colossus at all. To be clear, this is a flexible penis sleeve, not a hard, solid one but, even with the give it has, it still holds it shape well. I also loved how snug yet comfortable the scrotum ring on the Colossus was. It held the extender in place very well. That’s a big one for me because I’ve worn extenders that were otherwise fine but the scrotum ring made it too uncomfortable to wear. The most important thing to note about the Vixen Colossus is that it is THICK. This bad boy is a very girthy cock sleeve. When using the Vixen Colossus with a partner, she initially found it uncomfortable even though we had plenty of foreplay and warming up prior to usage. Once she got comfortable with the Colossus we tried penetration once again and she enjoyed it, although I was never able to penetrate her down to the base of the Colossus without her saying it was too much for her. The rough sex that we were accustomed to and the way she prefers was completely off the table with the Vixen Colossus, as I had to use slower stokes for her to enjoy the experience. Ultimately, we didn’t use the Colossus to climax for either of us and opted for penetration without the extender. It’s important to note that she had no problem with the feel or texture of this toy, it was just bigger than her preferred size. Of course this will vary from person to person and some people may absolutely love being penetrated by the Vixen Colossus. I would personally recommend discussing size boundaries with your partner beforehand unless you know for sure that won’t be an issue.Design
The design of the Vixen VixSkin Colossus is meant to appear as much like a real penis as possible. The Colossus comes in three different human shades (“vanilla”, “caramel”, and “chocolate”) to accommodate users with a variety of skin tones and “turquoise” if the user wants to use an alternative shade. The shaft of the penis has “veins” to add to the feel of an actual penis. The head of the Vixen Colossus is slightly larger than the shaft for added stimulation. At the base of the Colossus is a scrotum ring/ball strap to help secure the extender in place.
Ease of Use
I found the Vixen Colossus very easy to use. I was already familiar with penis extenders when I received this one, so there was no learning curve with it. Even if the user has never worn an extender before, it’s easy to pick up on and put into practice. The Colossus fits on only one way correctly, so it is difficult to put it on wrong. As long as you have a good bottle of water based lube to use, you’re good to go!
Quality
This is the first product that I’ve reviewed for Bedbible that I’ve given a 100 quality rating to! This due largely to how comfortable it was to wear and how well it held up during intercourse. From the user end, I have no complaints about the quality of the product at all.
Price
The Vixen Colossus is on the more expensive end of penis extenders I’ve purchased. If there was ever a product that exemplifies “you get what you pay for” though, it’s the Vixen Colossus! The Vixen Creations website lists the Colossus for $156.00 (although you can get it cheaper by ordering it through any of the websites listed near the top of this page). Given that it stands head and shoulders above any of the other extenders I’ve used, the price doesn’t seem so over the top. After all, it’s cheaper than the combined total of the other penis extenders that did not work as well that I’ve purchased over the years.
Performance
So here’s where we get into the nitty gritty of the review. The Vixen Colossus is made to be a large size penis extender and the dimensions of it only get bigger as it expands around the user’s erect penis. For some on the recipient end this may be wonderful, for some it may be too much. It remains comfortable around the scrotum during intercourse and the base of the Colossus sits comfortably on the base of the user’s penis as well. It’s important to note, this is not an extender that’s made to be used with a flaccid penis. The Vixen penis sleeve products are firmer in structure for that purpose, so there are options available but the Colossus isn’t designed in that way. My partner mentioned the head of the penis being too big for her comfort and even compared it side by side with one of her larger yet still realistic sized dildos. Potential size issues of the Vixen Colossus aside, the product performs well and is a comfortable wear from start to finish.
Packaging
The packaging of the Vixen VixSkin Colossus is very simple. The Colossus comes encased in a clear plastic tube that reads “VixSkin: Worth Every Inch”, which I personally feel is very aptly stated. The Vixen Colossus does not come with any instructions but is not complicated to use, even if the user has never worn a penis extender before.
Materials and care
The Vixen Colossus is made of silicone, which should let you know immediately that silicone-based lubes are out of the picture for use on the Colossus. You never want to use silicone lube on silicone toys as doing so will cause the silicone in the toy to break down over time and compromise the quality of the toy, in this case the Vixen penis sleeve. To clean the Colossus, a mild, unscented soap with water or toy cleaner with water is recommended.
Special feature
The special feature that makes the Vixen Colossus stand out from other penis extenders is its large size in combination with its realistic design and skin-like texture. The Vixen Colossus creates a lifelike phallic sensation for the recipient and a textured, stimulating interior for the user that mimics the inside of many textured strokers.

Instructions - Manual
The Vixen Colossus does not come with an instruction manual, but all that’s needed to operate it is the Colossus itself, a bottle of water-based lube, and yourself. After applying lube to the penis, insert it in the Vixen Colossus, secure the scrotum ring/ball strap behind the scrotum and apply lube to the outside of the Colossus before penetration.
