My Verdict
Trans men and transmasc folks who want to get off while giving strap, Wet for Her's Milo Pack n' Play dildo with a FTM Stroker base was designed specifically for you! The hollow stroker base envelops your bottom growth, and the friction and pressure of each thrust you give creates scintillating suction. And, since the super soft, squishy base of the Milo connects directly with your body, it almost feels like a part of you. Paired with an underwear-style harness, using the Milo Pack n' Play dildo with a FTM Stroker base really feels like whipping out your own equipment. Serious gender euphoria!

About The Wet For Her Milo
Wet for Her's Milo, Pack n' Play dildo with a FTM Stroker base is a strap-on compatible, dual-density dildo, and it's one of the only dildos on the market designed specifically for trans men and trans masc folks. With a built-in stroker sized perfectly for bottom growth built right into the dildo's base, the Milo creates tantalizing suction and incredible stimulation with every thrust. Though the Milo was designed for folks with some bottom growth, folks who like clitoral suction can also get some serious pleasure from this dildo's unique stroker base. The Milo isn't all about the top, though. This supple, soft and squishy dildo also feels great for the person on the receiving end. The Milo's superior flexibility means it can bend to reach and hit all those perfect spots. The fleshy texture along with the dual density design means that the Milo moves with the receiver, which makes it feel as realistic as a dildo can get.

Personal Experience

The first thing I noticed when I took my new Milo, Pack n’ Play dildo out of the box was the texture. It’s unlike any other dildo I have. Though it’s firm enough to stand up on it’s own and not just flop around everywhere, it’s pliable enough to bend almost completely in half. The outer layer of silicone is super soft and springy, which made it really fun to squish in my hands. Not gonna lie, I spent more than a few minutes just playing with dildo in my hands before I ever used it.
That Stroker Though…
Once I finally got around to using the Milo for its intended purpose, strapping, I was just as impressed with the sensory experience. The silky silicone of the base felt good rubbing against my vulva, and I was easily able to adjust the dildo in my harness so that the hollow stroker lined up with my clit. Though I’m a transmasc person on T, I don’t have a ton of bottom growth, and strokers never really appealed to me. But I do like suction toys. Once I started thrusting, I completely understood the appeal of the stroker base. As the base pressed against my body with every thrust, the hollow section of the base created suction all around my clit and the top of my vulva. And it felt amazing. I did have trouble keeping the base of the Milo in exactly the right place, though, especially as I started thrusting really hard and quick. The base slipped around a bit, and I had to keep adjusting it to get the incredible sensation from the stroker. Even though the suction felt great when the base was in the right place, I couldn’t get off using the Milo because the sensations weren’t consistent enough for me.Pick a Supportive Harness
That being said, this could have been a me issue, not an issue with the Milo. I usually use the Wet For Her Boxer-Style Harness, which obviously isn’t as supportive as a traditional harness with a metal O-Ring. Because the Milo isn’t as firm as other dildos, it flopped around a bit more in my harness, which 100% contributed to the base sliding all around. My partner also has an underwear-style harness, but it’s made of thicker material, and the fabric O-ring is a bit stiffer than the fabric O-ring in my boxer-style harness. When she used the Milo to strap me, she didn’t seem to have an issue with the base sliding around, and she definitely enjoyed the stroker base. Like, a lot. I haven’t tried the Milo with a traditional harness with a metal O-ring yet, but my guess is it would slide and flop a lot less. So, if you want everything the stroker base has to offer, and trust me, you do, then choose a supportive harness, preferably one with a metal O-ring.On the Receiving End
Though I’m not usually the one receiving during strap-on sex, the Milo’s 100% silicone design makes it super easy to clean. So, I felt okay with sharing it with one of my partners, and that meant I actually got to experience the Milo as both the penetrator and the penetrated. I was a little worried that the Milo wouldn’t be firm enough to create the internal sensations I need to get off, but that wasn’t the case at all. The softer exterior layer made penetration super comfortable and gave it enough flexibility to really hug all my internal curves. But the firm inner layer made it hard enough to keep its shape, even with hard, quick thrusts. It also didn’t fall out, which I’ve found can be an issue with softer dildos. The Milo stood up through some serious thrusting, and it felt wonderful the whole time.Serious Gender Euphoria
My gender euphoria doesn’t include wearing a packer, but I do enjoy feeling like the dildo I’m wearing is a bio-strap. Strapping with the Wet for Her’s Milo Pack n’ Play dildo is the most affirming strapping experience I’ve ever had. Most of the time when I’m strapping, I can’t completely ignore the feeling of the dildo base against my body. In some cases, like with Wet For Her’s Fusion 2.0 Vibe, which has a grinder base, that’s a good thing. But other times it just reminds me that I’m not working with my own equipment. But the Milo’s soft, pliable base feels almost fleshy, and when it’s pressed right up against my vulva, it feels like it really could be part of my own body. Of course, this is just my experience as a non-binary transmasc person. The Milo might not provide as much euphoria for trans men. But when I used it, the Milo actually made me forget I was strapping for a minute, and that’s serious gender euphoria in my book.Design

I love pretty much everything about the design of the Milo, Pack n' Play dildo with a FTM Stroker base. I'm really particular about texture and how things feel, and the Milo is an absolute delight in pretty much every way. The cushy base felt great against my vulva when I was giving strap, and the springy, supple silicone of the exterior layer felt amazing internally as well. The shaft is molded with textured veins and a realistic tip, and though I don't really love realistic dildos, the Milo comes in teal as well as three different skin tones. I got the teal one and I wasn't bothered by the realistic details at all. For those who love realistic dildos, the Milo looks and feels almost exactly like the real thing. By far, the best thing about the design is the stroker base. Though you can get dildo attachments with a stroker, I've never seen one actually built into the base of the dildo before. The Milo is really designed with trans pleasure in mind. The only downside to the Milo's design is that the base doesn't always stay where you want it to be while strapping. I think if the base was a bit wider, it might stay put a bit better.
Ease of Use

The Milo Pack n' Play dildo is fairly easy to use, and even someone brand new to both strapping and strokers can definitely figure out how to make it work miracles. That being said, there are a few things that make this dildo a bit difficult to use. In a harness without a super stable O-ring, the Milo can get a bit floppy. For strap-on beginners, this can make it a bit difficult to control the dildo while thrusting. It's also a bit hard to keep the stroker base exactly where it needs to be to get the suction going. I found myself having to adjust the dildo a lot to get the stimulation I wanted. For me, this was just annoying. But for someone who's still getting used to strapping, this could make the Milo difficult to use. That said, I still love giving strap with the Milo, and I love receiving it even more.
Quality

As soon as you pick up the the Milo Pack n' Play dildo, you know you're handling a quality dildo. It's hefty, but not too heavy, it's sturdy, but still flexible, and as I've mentioned several times now, it feels great. The shaft is firm enough to keep its shape, but flexible enough to bend as much as you want it to. And it easily springs back to its original shape.
Price

Yes, the Milo is more expensive than many dildos out there, but it's worth every extra dollar. For the price of one luxury dildo, the Milo is really two sex toys -- the dildo and the stroker -- all in one. It's made of all the same high-quality materials as any other top tier dildo, and it's the only one out there designed with trans men and transmasc folks in mind. The Milo earns its price point with that alone. Plus, it comes with a simple, cotton storage bag! So, you'll always have an easy way to store it and keep it clean.
Performance

The Milo Pack n' Play dildo is a great dildo that works wonderfully for both strap-on sex and solo play. For those who like penetration, its cushy, bendable, and practically molds itself to your anatomy to reach and stimulate every place you want it to. For trans and transmasc tops, the Milo provides totally unique stimulation while you're topping. Plus, the buttery soft silicone gives it such a realistic feel that you might even forget it's not part of your body. However, I didn't get all the advertised benefits of the stroker because I couldn't get the base to stay in place. My partner definitely did, though. So, I guess I'll say performance varies when it comes to the stroker. As a strapping dildo, it definitely exceeds expectations.
Packaging

Like many of the Wet For Her toys, the Milo Pack n' Play dildo with a FTM Stroker base comes in a simple, white box with iridescent lettering for the product name and the brand name. Though the lettering is pretty eye-catching, the bos is still fairly discreet. The box included a cotton storage bag, and a little pamphlet with instructions for how to use the Milo, including tips for using the stroker base.
Materials and care

The Wet for Her's Milo, Pack n' Play dildo with a FTM Stroker base is made with medical-grade, dual density silicone. This means it's completely body safe, non-porous, and really easy to clean. After each use, just run the Milo under warm water with some gentle soap. For a deeper clean every once in a while, just pop the Milo in some boiling water! Ideally, let it air dry, then stick it in the cotton storage bag. If you can't let it air dry for whatever reason, pat dry with a cotton towel, and stick it right in the storage bag.
