Unveiling My Experience with the Wet For Her Pride Fusion Strap-On Dildo
A New Take on A Basic Toy!
I’ll admit, I’m not much of a grinder. But, the Wet For Her Pride Fusion strap-on dildo had me and my partner pleasantly surprised. The silicone is soft and smooth, and the textured Pleasure Base is designed for the wearer to rub their clitoris against it while penetrating someone. While this toy is flexible, you can feel that it is moldable when bending it, it keeps its shape! This was an interesting aspect of the toy, especially for those you like some g-spot or p-spot stimulation, but I did find that it doesn’t keep its shape while penetrating as much as I’d hoped. Next, I was worried I’d have trouble getting it to sit right in the harness (I use my Lovehoney Unisex Strap-On Harness Briefs). Thankfully, it wasn’t too heavy and stayed put in the o-ring. While this toy wasn’t able to bring me to climax while wearing it, it worked better for my partner who’s always enjoyed friction/rubbing/grinding stimulation. I know I’m not necessarily the target audience for Wet For Her, a woman-run company that designs “lesbian sex toys for women couples.” Still, their phrasing, to me, feels outdated. It others transgender folks, and I wish they’d alter their wording to be a bit more gender expansive. Sure, they do state on their site that “whether you identify as lesbian, bisexual or queer; cis, trans, or nonbinary; we’ve got you covered.” If so, then why is the Lesbian tab of their store dedicated to vulva-centered toys, and presented as toys for “women’s bodies and female-centered pleasure”? It just feels very binary and a little behind the times. Not all lesbians use she/her pronouns, and not all lesbians have vulvas. I think that’s important for folks to recognize, but I know this is just me being nitpicky as a trans buyer! I just feel like if a brand is going to promote to gender non-conforming individuals, as many lesbians are these days, I’d hope they’d have a little more inclusive language.Design Quirks: The Good and the Bad

For a fine quality dildo with the uniquely designed Pleasure Base, the price isn’t bad. While it may be a little pricier than some may like for similar toys, I’d still consider this an affordable choice. However, I’m a bit stingy when it comes to my toys’ packaging and I would probably recommend other brands or stores first, as the Wet For Her Pride Fusion Strap-On Dildo packaging was lackluster and a bit damaged on arrival.
Did the performance live up to the claims?
To me, the Wet For Her Pride Fusion Strap-On Dildo performs very well. It’s comfortable to wear as well as being inserted. I love that it’s not too heavy and that it doesn’t twist around too much. It fits great in my harness! Personally, it was a great size, both girth and length-wise. I received the medium size, and while that was a great size for me I have found that it can be a little too big for some users' penetration preferences. Make sure you check the sizing before buying, and consider buying a smaller size in the Fusion range if you're unsure!

The packaging and the cardstock coupon/art card were a bit damaged. Almost all the corners of the box had been folded in from getting bashed around, likely because the box came in a loose bag rather than a box with packing filler.
