My Verdict
The ZALO Kyro Wand is a powerful, versatile, and aesthetic vibrating wand with 2 additional attachments for nipple and penetrative play. I also found the penetrative attachment to be useful as a wand extender for use during partnered penetrative sex. The Kyro Wand is rumbly and has great options of vibrations ranging from very powerful to more light and subtle.

About The ZALO Kyro Wand

Personal Experience
The Wand
Before trying the Kyro Wand, I was a Magic Wand die hard. The Magic Wand Mini was my go-to wand and I never thought another wand would measure up. I stand corrected by ZALO’s Kyro Wand, which blew me away! It has very powerful rumbly vibrations that actually surpass my Magic Wand Mini. Its head has a large surface area which I love, and its attachments are great for both solo and partnered play. I really appreciated its color options as well: turquoise green and obsidian black, both of which feel gender neutral to me (plus, the turquoise is one of my favorite colors 🙂 ). I was also so so happy to learn the wand is water resistant (protected against splashing of water) which is great for folks who like sex on the messier side, or for the squirters out there. The Kyro Wand is super easy to clean.
The Attachments
When used for vaginal penetration, the Kyro Wand’s G-spot attachment didn’t do much for me — it wasn’t curved enough for G-spot stimulation, personally — but I found it to have other uses. I’m a wand girly (if I’m masturbating or using a toy during partnered sex, it’s with a wand) and one of my biggest pet peeves is not being able to use a wand during partnered play in missionary (when my partner is on top) due to the wand getting in the way of penetration. I experimented with using the Kyro Wand’s G-spot attachment as a wand extender on my clitoris in this position, and it actually worked! It didn’t interfere with penetration since the G-spot attachment was skinny enough. The nipple/clitoris attachment was fantastic as well and offered great diversity for play. I would imagine this attachment would be compatible for AFAB people on testosterone as well since it can be used as a small stroker.
The Packaging
The only critique I have for the Kyro Wand is its use of Egyptian culture for its branding. ZALO has an entire collection called the “Legend Series” that is inspired by Egypt’s “countless myths and legends.” According to the ZALO website, the Kyro Wand “features a design inspired by the scepter of mighty Egyptian pharaohs.”
ZALO’s CEO is Peter Ovsonka, and available information does not confirm whether Peter is Egyptian. I hope so, because if not, I would find it appropriative to use Egyptian themes for sex toy branding. There are ways to make glamorous, luxury sex toys without the bastardization of a non-dominant culture.
Design
The Kyro Wand is silky smooth, luxurious seeming, and shaped in a way that is intuitive to hold. Its attachments are well-designed and multi-functional, making it a dynamic sex toy for solo and partnered play. The petal attachment can be used on many body parts including the nipples and clitoris, as well as the G-spot attachment which is designed for vaginal penetration.
Ease of Use
The Kyro Wand is very easy to use. Its control buttons include an up and down button for controlling the vibration speed, as well as a center button for navigating through 5 different vibration patterns. The G-spot and nipple/clitoris attachments are easy to attach to the wand head as well.
Quality
ZALO's Kyro Wand is of extremely high quality. It feels and looks expensive. It is a surprisingly quiet toy for packing very powerful vibrations.
Price
Personally, I think if you're on the hunt for a high quality, reliable, and powerful wand vibrator, the Kyro Wand is worth it for ~$129. Obviously, this is on the more expensive side, so if you're more so looking for an average joe vibrator, I'd go with something less expensive.
Performance
The Kyro Wand is a very powerful, quiet, dynamic, and unique all-in-one vibrator. It can potentially be used on numerous body parts: nipple, clitoris, vagina, and potentially penis and/or genitals of someone with bottom-growth.
Packaging
The Kyro Wand comes packaged in a box featuring an image of an Egyptian pharoah. I personally didn't like ZALO's use of Egyptian imagery for branding (see my Personal Experience for more).
Materials and care
The Kyro Wand is composed of Dow Corning food-level silicone and ABS plastic, both of which are easy to clean with warm water and unscented soap or a sex toy cleaner.
