b-Vibe Snug and Tug Review
My Verdict
The Snug and Tug, like other b-Vibe products, is for the butts of the bourgeois. You pay a premium price for premium quality. I think for such a simple, single piece of silicone, the price point might be pushing it just a bit. It can be worth it if you are really enthusiastic about butt plugs, but it's also a toy more suited for beginners. Still, price is really the only potential flaw with this toy. It's a great experience overall. The silicone is especially high quality, the shape is well-designed, and the ring and the plug work well with each other.

About The b-Vibe Snug and Tug
The Snug and Tug from b-Vibe is a connected penis ring and butt plug. It's made of high-quality soft silicone, meaning it's body-safe, easy to clean, durable, and elastic. The connector transfers motion from one end to the other, making it a little more than just what a penis ring and butt plug would be separately.

- ✅Beginner-friendly and easy to use
- ✅Maximum quality
Cons

Personal Experience
The Tug
I found the ring portion to be quite gentle. The elasticity of the ring doesn’t give it a whole lot of pressure, but still enough to be very noticeable. The unobtrusiveness is good for supporting and adding to other sensations, without really stealing any focus away from them. This is something I think works very well for a combination toy. Also, being so elastic, the ring is very easy to take on and off.The Snug
The “Snug” portion of the Snug and Tug looks similar to the regular Snug Plugs from b-Vibe. It has a more geometric shape than average, but is still very rounded, making it really easy to use. While it’s technically pretty wide compared to beginner plugs, the wide part rests a little deeper, meaning it doesn’t really keep things stretched as much as similar-sized toys. It’s hard for me to say actually if this is just specific to me or not, but it feels a lot smaller than it is. I would have preferred that it rests either shallower or even a bit deeper. Where it is now is less sensitive, somehow misses the best spots. However, one aspect that I do like is how any slight movement from the ring gets translated into movement of the plug. It’s not a huge effect but it does help set it apart from other plugs.A Dangling Despair
I personally like to use 3 or 4 different toys for the butt in one session. Despite having bigger options, I can still really appreciate sex toys meant for beginners. They are great when used to warm up on, as a break from a larger toy, or when winding down afterward. Unfortunately, the Snug and Tug just doesn’t like to share. If you are only using the ring, the weighted plug dangles at awkward angles and flails around wildly, half-held up by the connector. Using only the plug and not the ring has the same problem. Not only does it make it more difficult to use with certain front-oriented toys, like a chastity cage or a ball-stretcher, but it adds another step to switching between anal toys. It’s not a big step, mind you, but it’s inconvenient enough that I’d rather just use a different toy. If you also like switching toys, I do not recommend the Snug and Tug.Have You Paid Attention To Your Perineum Today?
While there are a couple personal downsides, I have to give a lot of respect to the Snug and Tug for remembering one of the most neglected parts of the body. That bump on the connector isn’t just a visual design element. The gentle pressure and slight movement on the perineum is a huge advantage. It’s something you won’t get with buying a ring and plug separately, and is probably one of the best reasons to buy this product specifically.Design
Visually, the Snug and Tug is great. The rounded curves look very pleasant and friendly. Functionally, the specific depth at which the plug is designed to rest is the biggest issue for me. However, every butt is different, and I won't fault the design too much for this. Everything else though, the elasticity of the ring, the geometric shape, the bump on the connector, is very well-designed.
Ease of Use
This is one of the easiest toys to use that I have. It's immediately apparent how to use it, and there's very little resistance or complication. The ring is generous enough that I can put it on with one hand. The flat base of the plug is easy to grab and hold. This really is as easy as it could possibly be.
Quality
The silicon that b-Vibe uses for their toys is of exceptional quality. It's so smooth and soft, while still being firm, that it feels great even to just hold it in my hand. Whatever process they use, (I'm not sure if it's a mold or not) leaves no seams or ridges. Every part of the toy can be flexed and strained with no visible signs of stress. I'm convinced this is the best quality.
Price
At 55$, this thing is very expensive for its size. You can get lower-quality anal toys of similar sizes for under $10. Heck, you can get a set of beginner plugs for $12. They won't be good, of course, but it puts a heavy burden on the Snug and Tug to justify it's price tag. It's difficult to say whether or not it shoulders that burden well. It really depends on how much value you put on the ring (and connector), how affected you think you will be by the drawbacks I mentioned, and how willing you are to pay more for higher quality. I personally don't think the price is so egregious, all considered, but it's pushing it.
Performance
The Snug and Tug passes here. just not with flying colors. Looking at it, I had 3 expectations. It delivers on the ring, being a gentle added pressure that stimulates just enough. It delivers on the connector, transferring motion and giving attention to the perineum. It mostly delivers on the plug, but as stated, really feels smaller than it looks. Overall, I think it performs well more than it doesn't.
Packaging
The packaging was a little strange. They probably should have shipped the box without the plastic covering warning to remove it before selling it. I do wonder if it shipped like this because I obtained it through Bedbible, and maybe other customers won't have this error? Inside the box is more plastic. There's an inset designed to hold the toy upright to display it better. That's four layers of packaging. All the plastic is really unnecessary. Regardless, nothing about the packaging really impacted my experience with, or attitude toward, the Snug and Tug.
Materials and care
The Snug and Tug is made with body-safe, non-porous silicone. While it is weighted, there isn't that much added weight to the small toy, so the whole thing remains quite light. It is of exceptional quality, and can be easily cleaned with antibacterial soap and warm water. While it comes with a box, the box doesn't really seem meant for storage, as the plastic inset inside is meant to be disposed.
