Additionally, the breathable design makes this medium-sized ball gag a lot more comfortable to wear during those extended BDSM sessions. For the nipple clamps, I really like that the adjustable feature and the easy-to-use crocodile-style clamps. My only point of critique is that the chains attaching them to the ball gag aren’t very long. They may not be long enough to comfortably reach the nipples on all body types. The chain is not removable either. This would have been an easy way to make the product a lot more versatile. Some users have also reported that the clamps are relatively gentle, so those looking for a more aggressive pinch may be slightly disappointed.

One thing I really do appreciate about this ball gag is that the strap is also made of silicone. This makes it super easy to clean with warm water and soap, while the metal components can easily be wiped down with a damp cloth.
