Why I Chose It
While I haven’t used the Bondage Boutique Silicone Ball Stretcher personally, as I lack the required equipment, I have used it with my partner and grilled him about the experience!
This was our first foray into ball stretching, so I think we were both relieved that it was a gentle introduction. At just 1.25 inches in width and without any added weight, the stretch is subtle and my partner commented that it was pleasant but didn’t offer a lot of stimulation.
The things he enjoyed most about the stretcher was the extra focus it put on his balls and we both enjoyed how they looked pulled tight!
We found that if we’d already been using lube and things were a bit slippery, the stretcher could slide off, but aside from that, it was fun to give a little tug on!
Having touched a LOT of silicone in my time, I was also very surprised by how squishy and stretchy it was. I love that it’s made of silicone and not TPE, as it’s stronger and more hygienic!

The Kali’s Teeth Ball Stretcher was a clear winner for the best CBT ball stretcher! I think this is one of the scariest looking devices I’ve come across – and I’ve seen a LOT! It’s also incredibly well-made, so although it looks very dangerous, when used properly, it’s safe!
Aaron tested it out for us and was enamoured with it, going as far as to say it is “addictive” and “downright essential” for any ” fellow pain-loving weirdos” — his words, not mine!
He did find that the Kali’s teeth is painful, as intended, but “it never feels like bodily-harm-hurt, just an immense superficial hurt.”
I like that the Kali’s teeth can be worn as a ball stretcher or cock ring, making it a great all-round CBT toy. It also locks closed, adding to the terror of the device!

With the heaviest model clocking in at a hefty 340 g (depending on the size), the Ergonest is easily the heaviest ball stretcher we’ve reviewed here at Bedbible. On top of that, it’s extremely well made, offering a satisfying stretch while still being very comfortable!
Our reviewer, Devon, has “been wearing stainless steel ball stretchers pretty much 24/7 for about 3 years” so he knows a fair amount about what makes a good one. He was so impressed by the Ergonest that he named it the “ultimate ball stretcher for every day wear,” commenting that the cradle shape was the “perfect design for all day wear.”
He reviewed the heavy model in size B and found that it was so comfortable that he sometimes forgot he was wearing it until he stood up and felt gravity pull the weight down!

Why I Chose It
I love the versatility of this ball stretching kit, and although it’s called the beginners ball stretching kit, I can easily see it being great for intermediate level play as well!
Our tester, Jesse, is relatively new to ball stretching and found “this was the perfect product to explore further.” He really liked that the kit allowed you to experience “the full range from the less extreme, to full on hardcore!”
The parachute ball stretcher turned out to be a surprise favorite, and he enjoyed the tugging it offered so much that he added 1200 g in weight!
He also noted that he enjoyed “the strong and sturdy industrial feeling” of the stainless steel ball weights and liked the “feel of the cold steel against [his] balls.”
The silicone ball stretcher also offers a different sensation and ” gives you a great hold for some tugging” during partnered play.
I also think the kit provides great value for money considering the variation and quality you get!

I think the Oxballs Cocksling 2 is a really accessible cock and ball stretcher that would make a great beginner-friendly option. I like that it offers both ball stretching and a light restriction around the penis that can help boost erections!
Jeremy tested it out for us and share that it “has become a personal favorite,” commenting that it’s “easy to use, durable, and comfortable.”
He loved “how snug the sling fits and it is great for retaining blood in the penis for firmer erections.” However, he did mention that it doesn’t provide a particularly strong ball stretching sensation, so I wouldn’t recommend it for more extreme ball stretching.

Buying Guide
Size
You want your testicle stretcher to be snug without being uncomfortable tight or restricting your blood flow. Measure around the top of your scrotum with your balls hanging below and take the measurements a few times to find an average.
Material
Stretchy materials, like silicone or TPE, are generally less intense to wear, whereas non-stretchy materials, like leather and steel will be more intense.
Another thing to keep in mind is the cleaning. Both silicone and steel can be fully sterilized while leather and TPE can only be cleaned but can absorb bacteria.
Height
How tall the ball stretcher is determines how far your sack has to stretch, so the taller it is, the more intense the stretch will be. Beginners should start with a shorter sleeve and gradually work up.
Weights
If you want to increase the intensity and add more sensation, you can look for a weighted testicle stretcher, which will also provide some more intense tugging.
Always start low and slow with the additional weight and take your time before increasing the weight to reduce the risk of damaging your scrotum.
