My Verdict
Overall, I give the Fetish Fantasy Bondage Swing a 2. It’s a great sex swing for those who are just starting out and couples that won’t use it regularly. It’s easy, 1-step hanging system makes it ridiculously effortless to set up, Plus, it comes with the hardware you need if you want to install the swing in your home. That being said, the Fetish Fantasy Bondage Swing is poorly made. It looks cheap, feels cheap and the 1980s called, they want their peeling, silver lame’ back. The cuffs are a fun little addition, but they’re definitely not for serious bondage play. And, unless you are a super model, it’s difficult to wiggle your way into the 19.5” wide swing frame and the backrest and seat which don’t adjust. Finally, be warned, hitting your head on the swing bar is painful and it’s just right there in the way of everything. I do not recommend this sex swing for anyone wanting to have sweaty, hot n heavy sex. It simply won’t hold up.

Personal Experience
The Fetish Fantasy Bondage Swing excited me from the moment I laid eyes on the packaging! No other sex swing that I have reviewed had photos of multiple sex swing positions to try, right on the box! I pulled it out of the box and was surprised that it was basically all one piece. So, right out of the gate, I knew it would be super easy to install.
The Fetish Fantasy Bondage Swing Extras
Inside the box was the main swing piece which included a half round, metal piece and bar to which the swing was attached. It also came with chain, a spring and a heavy-duty, eye bolt so you can install it at home without having to make a trip to the hardware store. The wrist and ankle cuffs were very basic, with Velcro closure, that will probably fit most people. Each one featured a small D-ring and a piece of chain that clips to D-rings that are placed around the swing itself.That’s Where the Wow Stopped
As much as I was excited about the Fetish Fantasy Bondage Swing, I was quickly disappointed when I began inspecting the swing parts. The seat and backrest are barely padded and the silver lame’ covering, well, it looked nice in the photos, but close up, it looked cheap and tacky. I was also bummed that the adjustment buckles were made of lightweight plastic with little room on the harnesses for adjustments.Setting Up the Fetish Fantasy Bondage Swing
Aside from my slight disappointment, I was still excited about hanging the swing. And it was as simple as I thought it would be; clip to the top of the swing frame, add spring, add swing and viola’! I slipped, wiggled and worked my way into the swing, which was a bit difficult since all of the swing parts are attached to a single bar. The backrest needed adjusted, so I wiggled my way out of the swing and went to adjust it and, what do you know? There is no way to adjust the backrest or the seat. At least I could lengthen the stirrups as they weren’t long enough to stretch my legs outward. Well, the Fetish Fantasy Bondage Swing did allow some adjustment, just not enough. So, my legs we partially bent, for the most part.My Final Decision on the Fetish Fantasy Bondage Swing
I really liked the way the Fetish Fantasy swing turned, as it was easy to get into more fun positions. It even had some great bounce to it! I tried slipping the stirrups around my thighs, since I couldn’t go spread eagle, but they barely slid above my knees. I looked at the box again and one of the photos showed the male model with the stirrups around his thighs…..no way! Unless he is 100 lbs. soaking wet, no way he could slide those stirrups around his thighs! Oh well! I did play with the cuffs a bit. The D-rings on the swing were on the bar, behind the seat and on the stirrups. Sure, it’s fun in a playful, honeymoon sort of way but in no way constituted “bondage” in my book. With a final sigh, I went to slide out of the sex swing and bashed my head on the bar. Nice. Then I pictured my boyfriend bending over me and slamming his forehead against the metal bar or me getting excited, on the verge of orgasm, raising up and smacking it again. Nope. I don’t like the one-piece swings. I’m enough of a klutz without having a permanent bar there to repeatedly bash myself senseless on. The Fetish Fantasy Bondage Swing is cheap, novelty-like and not at all worth the investment, in my opinion. But hey, if you like flakes of sliver lame’ stuck to your naked butt cheeks, I say go for it!Design
The Fetish Fantasy Bondage Swing is a single mount sex swing designed to be easy to use as well as for light bondage play. The main swing, which includes the seat, backrest and stirrups, is all one piece, making it perfect for beginners. However, there is very little room for adjustments, for instance making the stirrups longer. And the entire sex swing seems to be designed for very lean people. The wrist and ankle cuffs are great for light bondage and the sex swing has random D-rings sewn on and attached in random places so you can attach your partner to the swing in various positions.
Ease of Use
I was impressed at how easily I was able to hang the Fetish Fantasy Bondage Swing. Everything was one piece, attached to a single mount sex swing set-up. So, all I had to do was pull the swing out of the box, hang the chain and spring then hook the sex swing to the spring. The wrist and ankle cuffs come with 4 chains in 2 sizes which attach to the cuffs, then to the sex swing- very self-explanatory.
Quality
Yikes, I hate to do this to any sex toy or sex swing but the Fetish Fantasy Bondage Swing was one of the cheapest looking, flimsy feeling sex swings I have ever had the displeasure to test and review. The pads are narrow, not wide enough for a person with some junk in their trunk, and there is barely any foam for comfort. The neoprene is nice, but it’s covered in silver lame’ – think 1980’s shiny, silver fabric – which I thought looked awesome on the box. However, I was incredibly disappointed holding and touching the fabric. Worse yet, the silver lame’ rubs off! Further, there is very little room to adjust the harnesses and the stirrup loops, which are supposed to fit around the thighs, but barely squeezed over my knees! And I’m 5’2” and wear a women’s 6! Finally, let's not forget the plasticy-fabric, blindfold that was included. I've seen better blindfolds in a kid's Pin the Tail on the Donkey game.
Price
The Fetish Fantasy Bondage Swing is relatively expensive ($169.00 at sexswing.com at the time of this article 3-2022, but nearly $100 more at other shops making it well over $200.). Thus, when comparing the quality to the price, it’s far too costly for what it has to offer. There are several sex swings at or below that price point that offer far better quality and much more comfort. So, to me, the Fetish Fantasy Bondage Swing is not worth its asking price. However, the Fetish Fantasy Bondage Swing does feature light bondage cuffs for wrists and ankles along with chains and D-rings on the swing to which to attach them. Plus, it includes the hardware for hanging the swing in your home, which many sex swings do not include.
Performance
It’s bouncy. It turns from side-to-side. It’s extremely easy to hang. The wrist and ankle cuffs attach to the swing easily. However, the Fetish Fantasy Bondage Swing was obviously created for starving models and folks that just want to play around with the idea of bondage. I couldn’t adjust the stirrups long enough to stretch my legs forward, and I have short legs. Everything felt cramped, almost claustrophobic. I see this sex swing as more of a beginner’s novelty and not a good, solid sex swing. And FYI, be careful entering or exiting the swing, I bashed my head on the bar getting out of the swing while making my review video (check the BedBible YouTube channel for a giggle).
Packaging
If you want to purchase a sex swing online and are concerned about the packaging, be warned! The Fetish Fantasy Bondage Swing comes in a nice box with carrying handle but it’s covered – front, back and sides – with very explicit photos of a couple posing in the swing. Fortunately, there is no nudity – ie: nipples, genitalia – but there is little left to the imagination. After the testing process, I was able to get everything back in the box for storage. However, it’s definitely not something you want to keep around if you have little ones in the house. Finally, I don't know about other companies, but sexswing.com did send this swing with an outer carboard box. So, you may want to be cautious from whom you order this particular swing as they may not be as discreet.
Materials and care
The Fetish Fantasy Bondage swing is made from neoprene, covered in silver lame’ with plastic and metal hardware. Unfortunately, this sex swing does not disassemble from its single mount frame nor it is machine washable. Therefore, the only way to clean this sex swing is with a damp washcloth. Afterward, allow to air dry before storing.
Special feature
The one thing the Fetish Fantasy Bondage Swing has that most sex swings don’t is the hardware to install your swing in your home! It includes a heavy-duty eye bolt that screws into a ceiling beam or a door frame so you have a permanent spot to hang your swing whenever the mood strikes. Plus, no need to run out to the hardware store!
