Design

I really like the overall design of the Hismith Table 2.0 Max. It's nice and compact and I think the black matt black looks very tasteful. The base is quite small but the flat, plate design make it pretty stable. I also like that it's got a handle built into the unit so it's really easy to carry around or reposition. I'm also a big fan of the dildo it comes with, which is a semi-realistic shape in matt black silicone, with some ripples along the shaft. I much prefer this to a skin-colored dildo, but that is just personal preference. It's also relatively flexible so it's very comfortable to use. The machine itself is also available in red or sky blue if you prefer something more colorful.

Ease of Use

The Hismith Tabletop 2.0 Max is incredibly easy to set up and get started. All you need to do is connect the power cable and wired controller and then click the dildo into place! The KlicLok system is also very easy to use — the dildo clicks into place and pops off very easily. It also makes it easy to change attachment in the heat of the moment if you want to. You can also use the machine vertically by attaching the metal foot, which screws in place in just a minute or two. I was also very pleasantly surprised by how easy it is to connect to the app and I was even able to give a someone else long distance in just minutes. It did, however, scare the crap out of me when it started going by itself! My only real criticism is that the instructions that come with the machine are very vague and not that well translated.

Quality

The Hismith Tabletop 2.0 Max feels like a very well-made sex machine. There are no bits that rattle around or feel fragile and sits very stably on it's base during use. It can move around slightly, especially if you aren't fully warmed up or aren't using enough lube. For a sex machine I would say it's quiet for a sex machine but loud for the very old apartment I live in! I can hear my neighbours sneeze, so I'm pretty sure they can hear this! Hopefully they just think I'm into after hours DIY! I would say it's much quieter on a bed or soft surface than a hard surface or one that can move around. I also really like the KlicLok system for attaching dildos, as it feels very strong and is shaped so the dildo won't spin. The dildo also feels like great quality and is made with silicone!

Price

It's no secret that sex machines aren't the cheapest type of sex toy out there. However, for what you are getting, I would say the Hismith Table Top 2.0 Max is very reasonable! This 100 W sex machine has plenty of power and is even app controlled, all for under $500! Considering simple thrusting dildos that don't have a fraction of the power or versatility of a sex machine can go for a couple of hundred dollars, I think this is a great price for a compact sex machine.

Performance

At 100 W, the Hismith Table Top 2.0 Max is pretty powerful! It has twice the power and three times the torque of the original, which also means it can support larger toys, although I'm yet to test it with anything bigger. There's a really great range of speeds and it has an impressive stroke length where you can feel the dildo fully thrusting in and out of you, stimulating every bit along the way! If you aren't fully warmed up or aren't using enough lube for the dildo to move easily, the machine can move a little, but once it gets going it moves very smoothly and stays put quite well. I was surprised that I wasn't at all aware of it feeling mechanical and hasn't stalled out on me so far. The dildo can slip out, especially if the stroke length is short and shallow or you aren't close enough, but I would say this is more of a learning curve than anything. I will say, I've only used it for vaginal sex and not anal, so I don't know how well it would stand up against the tighter grip of the anus!

Packaging

I was really impressed with the packaging the Hismith Tabletop 2.0 Max came in. The delivery box was completely discreet — there wasn't any mention of Hismith or any clues as to what was inside anywhere on the box. It was also nice and sturdy so it's unlikely to be damaged in transport. And even if the box was slightly damaged, the machine is packed safely inside a foam padded black carry bag so your secret would still be safe!

Materials and care

The machine itself is made from metal and can be wiped clean but should be kept dry. The dildo that comes with the Hismith Table Top 2.0 Max is made of silicone and can be cleaned with fragrance free soap and water or a sex toy cleaning spray. Plus, you can boil it to sterilize it if you want to share it with a partner. Make sure to stick to water-based lubrication to protect the materials. The storage bag is also great for keeping everything safe and clean between uses. The bag measures 20 x 10.8 x 7.9 inches, so it's compact enough to store in a closet or maybe under the bed.

Special feature

The Hismith Table Top 2.0 Max is app enabled, which adds a whole new dimension of ease and fun to the experience. Personally, I much prefer the old-school wired remote with twist knob when using the machine solo but I love the app for long distance play. Being able to put on a show for your partner while they are in control makes for some very fun video sex! It’s also a big plus that it’s so easy to set up and navigate! The other big draw is that you can create and share modes in the app. This doesn’t appeal to me as much but plenty of people love this feature!
