My Verdict
The Lelo Ina Wave 2 is a great quality rabbit vibrator. My Reflections on the Lelo Ina Wave 2
Lelo is a luxury brand, so one would expect a luxury experience, especially at such a high price point. I found myself intrigued by the Ina Wave 2 design, especially with its WaveMotion technology. I’ve always been a sucker for a rabbit vibrator, this toy seemed like it would be a perfect fit!
At First Glance, I was Excited!
I had always admired the Lelo Ina Wave 2 when I saw it on the shelf at my local adult store, or scrolling online through toy sites. I love its color, the sleek look to the silicone and ABS plastic handle, and how good it must feel to have that penetrative arm moving inside of me. Turning on the Lelo Ina Wave 2 was simple with the five buttons available. One center button to turn the vibrator on and off, Up and Down arrows to flip through the different vibrating and motion settings, and Plus and Minus signs to make the motor more or less powerful. When clicking the buttons, the Lelo name lights up on the handle to show you’re interacting with the toy! It’s easy to use, a quality I always love from my toys. Then I tried inserting the toy, and found myself in the same struggle I’ve had with countless other rabbits before. It’s made for a very specific body type, one that definitely isn’t mine.I Found Myself Overwhelmed and Aching
First, I tried just having the Lelo Ina Wave 2 inserted and vibrating, no motion from the penetrative arm. It was a fine feeling, but nothing really new. Plus, it the smaller arm was too small to fit on top of my clitoris without using a second hand to keep it there. (In all honesty, it made me crave my Miss Bi from Fun Factory, because its external arm is so wide and sticks out far enough for my fatter body to give more consistent stimulation!) It was awkward and made my wrists hurt from the stiff handle. Eventually, I found an angle that worked well-enough. With just the vibrations, and the arms in the right places, I could move my hands away and have it continuously stimulating me in a nice way. Still, it wasn’t something that I could orgasm from. I turned on the WaveMotion setting, and yelped in pain. With how short the external arm, once the larger started to wave up and down internally, it pinched. Hard. It felt like a hand had grabbed me inside and out and just squeezed then released over and over. It was not pleasurable, just painful. I came back to the Lelo Ina Wave 2 over and over, thinking that maybe I was just doing something wrong. But nothing worked, it just hurt every time, and never gave me a totally pleasurable experience.The Design: A Closer Look
The Lelo Ina Wave 2 design is a perfect specimen of the Lelo look. Its silicone is a bright pop of color, in my case blue, with a sleek white handle. It's cute and simple, dare I say sophisticated? Lelo toys are stunning to look at, and they feel just as luxurious. It's eye-catching in its minimalism, and the Ina Wave 2 doesn't disappoint in that department! I love how soft the silicone is and how the plastic handle isn't too clunky. In theory, the shape is great, too. I enjoy the look of the tapered penetrative arm, as it makes it easy when penetrating and pulling out.
Is the Lelo Ina Wave 2 easy to use?
There was a learning curve as I used the Lelo Ina Wave 2. I'm not used to having so many buttons! Plus, I had to envision them upside down while I had it inside of me. I kept clicking the mode selection button when I meant to hit the intensity, and vice versa. Maybe that's just me not having great coordination, but all the buttons got to be a little tedious for me. I also struggled with the angle in general, with a plastic handle the toy is stiff to hold onto. Because it doesn't seem to fit well with my body, it wasn't easy to find a good, pleasurable angle to hold it at.
The Lelo Ina Wave 2: Quality assessment
You can't deny that Lelo products look and feel like a million bucks. It's a luxury brand, after all! Even so, after just a handful of uses I noticed that the silicone seems to ride up out of the ABS plastic handle at the edges, just barley. I can push it back under, it's so subtle, but it was a bit of a shock when I first noticed it. For such a price point and the high quality of the brand, I didn't think I'd see such a thing happen. Besides that hiccup, it's a great quality toy with a powerful motor and body-safe materials. The Lelo Ina Wave 2 is one of the best rabbits out there in terms of quality!
Affordability Check: The Price of Lelo Ina Wave 2
While you can often find this toy on sale nowadays, on the Lelo site the Ina Wave 2 runs for about $200. This is one of the priciest rabbits on the market. To be fair, you're getting a toy that is made from body-safe and expensive-feeling materials. It's a great quality toy! Plus, you get the Lelo brand pampering with a nice charger for the toy, a sample of water-based lube, a 10-year warranty, and a sleek toy bag. For some, the Ina Wave 2 is worth the money. Personally, I think that there are better toys, made for a lot more body types, on the market for those not wanting to splurge so much.
Performance of the Lelo Ina Wave 2
The Lelo Ina Wave 2 has a long battery life, rumbly vibrations, and is fairly quiet. In theory, it performs great! In my own case, it's a bummer that it doesn't seem to fit well against my body. I do enjoy the penetration with it, its design is made for a smooth and comfortable experience. (If only it didn't poke and prod with that awkwardly shaped small external arm!) I do wish that the battery could charge a bit faster, two hours to charge feels a little awkward compared to other toys I've had in the past.

The back of the box shows off the features of the vibrator as well for a little hint as to what you'll be getting to play with!
How to care for the Lelo Ina Wave 2
The materials of the Ina Wave 2 are body-safe and non-porous. I love the silicone, it's soft and slick for easy and comfortable penetration. Even the ABS plastic feels less cheap than other toy brands! It's high-quality and adds to the luxurious feel of the experience. Not only that, but this toy is waterproof! Make sure to clean it with soap and warm water, or your favorite toy cleaner and slip it into its gorgeous Lelo toy bag when you're done. It's so easy to clean and care for!

The MotionWave technology sets the Lelo Ina Wave 2 apart from other rabbit vibrators on the market. The penetrating arm acts like a (rather large) finger making a sort-of “come hither” motion.
