My Verdict
This is by far one of the most beautiful, aesthetically pleasing toys I have used! On more than one occasion I have considered displaying it on my fireplace front and centre to share its beauty. It's definitely one to consider if you like visuals or for putting on a show. The glow-in-the-dark aspect of this toy is a sight to behold. I highly recommend setting up a mirror to enjoy in solo play for a personal close-up magic show.

About The Lovehoney Sensual Glass Glow-in-the-Dark Dildo
This toy is made from Glow-in-the-dark borosilicate glass that can be heated and cooled making it fun for temperature play and can be used with all lubricant types. Its smooth gentle wavy shaft with a flared base makes it safe for vaginal and anal play. The circumference is 4.5 inches and it's insertable length 5.5 inches (8 inches overall length), which makes it a good, beginner-friendly toy.

Personal Experience
As someone who is an avid enthusiast of all things that stimulate and tantalize all the senses, and someone who is passionate about beautiful visuals and aesthetics, this glass toys left me extremely satisfied in delivering a magical sensory experience, satiating both my physical and visual needs. The design of this product is like nothing else I own. The swirling glow-in-the-dark flecks emit an ethereal almost otherworldly glow that just sets this toy into a category of its own for those of us who enjoy the joint pleasure of watching whilst they’re receiving. Glass is one of my favourite materials to use with toys as I love experiencing the temperature change as it slowly heats up and warms with body. Glass is already cold enough at its resting temperature, but if you want to lean into it more, I recommend letting it rest in a bowl of ice water to cool it further or in a bowl of warm water to heat it up.
Design
The gentle wavy design, paired with the firm cool sensation of the glass is a beautiful sensory experience. Some glass toys, due to the rigidity of the glass, can be quite uncomfortable as there is no give to it (definitely something to consider when looking at other glass toys with things like bumps and raised patterns on them). But this toy with its wavy design, going from a smaller to larger girth with each wave, makes insertion very comfortable and enjoyable with little to no learning curve. Making it a great introductory glass toy. The only design flaw in my eyes is the handle — whilst beautiful, it just doesn't give a good enough grip.
Ease of Use
For the weight and material of the toy, I would expect there to be a little more of a substantial handle for a better grip. When excitement (or lube) is flowing it can be quite easy to lose grip and control of this toy. Which is something to consider if you have grip/ mobility issues. That being said, if you have a partner or a playmate who you can share play time with, you can lay back and leave all of that to them.
Quality
With glass toys, you must ensure the highest quality! A lot of peoples concerns in regards to glass toys is the fear of... well... It being made of glass and it breaking inside of you. Valid concern, but in the case of glass toys, the likely hood of it breaking inside you is as likely as a shark getting you in your bathtub; You are safe and shouldn't be worried of this. This toy is very well made and of an extremely high quality. It is sturdy and strong. Handle it with care when cleaning to avoid any damage to either the toy or you sink as they can get a little slippery with enjoyment.
Price
Glass toys can really vary in price, tending to air more on the expensive side. In general, glass toys are something you want to invest a little more money into to ensure the highest quality. That being said, for a glass toy of this quality the pricing is very reasonable.
Performance
I have become very well versed in playing with glass toys. They very quickly became a firm favourite and staple in my play time, so when adding a new one to my line up, I know what traits I am looking for and what I do and do not like in my glass toys. In the collection that I have this is up there with one of my favourites, and I would say a lot of that is down to the visual joy I get from playing with this toy. The glow-in-the-dark flecks don't take long to charge. I would recommend charging it up with a bright flash light for around 5 minutes for a strong, long lasting glow.
Packaging
The product comes in a cardboard box, showcasing a photo of the toy, with the name and some key information about the product. Within, the product is enclosed in a sleek velvet-touch drawstring bag. It’s very handy for keeping them safe and protected against any knocks and is inconspicuous enough to not draw any unwanted attention to it. Though I don’t think you would necessarily want to hide something as beautiful as this.
Materials and care
Smooth, rigid, Borosilicate glass which is body safe and hypoallergenic making it the perfect toy for those of us a little more sensitive to certain materials. It is on the slightly heavier side. With it being glass, it is extremely easy to clean and sterilize with mild soap and warm water for a quick clean or can be boiled for a deeper sterilization. If used with lube, just an extra reminder to take extra care with cleaning as it can be a slippery little sucker when wet and can very easily slip from your hands; I learnt this the hard way and was chasing it around my sink trying to get a grip on it again. Comical and a little frustrating and not recommended. The material is extremely high quality, very hardy and is deceptively stronger than you would think, but I would still be wary of dropping it as you don't want to risk damaging both the toy and potentially your sink. And please please PLEASE be careful to not drop it on you toes. Another lesson learned the hard way. It can only be likened to stubbing your toe... hard... Not what you want.
