I’ve been very excited to be able to test a premium sex machine, but I am not gonna lie—from the moment it arrived, I was terrified! The Lovense Sex Machine is a large, dual-sided, and super powerful, toy that looks well… pretty heavy-duty and is not very beginner-friendly! As my friends put it, “It gives off torture device vibes.” But as a professional sex toy expert, I had to face my fears and put the sex machine to the test! Surprisingly, everything from the assembly to actual testing went smoothly, and I actually started enjoying this crazy thrusting device!

Design

I like the Lovense Sex Machine’s design. It’s pretty simple, yet it looks quite sleek and luxurious. The toy is straightforward to set up and operate, and I like that it has a lot of adjustability options; you can easily change the angle and the length of the strokes, and you can remove the second pole if necessary. The only thing I didn’t like about the design was the dildos that came with it, so I am happy I can replace them with any other Vac-U-Lock toys.

Ease of Use

Using the Lovense sex machine has been easier than I thought! The setup took a bit, but the instructions were easy to follow, and they didn’t require any extra tools to make it work. Also, the remote and the app control worked perfectly, and everything was really easy to connect. Performance-wise, it’s not the easiest thing to work with, as it takes some time to find a comfortable angle and to get used to the thrusting motion. The adjustable feature really helps, but it’s still quite a big setup for regular dildos or vibrators. The thing I found a bit annoying was adjusting the stroke length. In order to do that, you have to unscrew the cover located on the main body and adjust the length manually. It’s not that complicated; it’s just time-consuming, especially if you are not sure what length to start with.

Quality

I think the quality of the Lovense Sex Machine is top-notch. The toy is adjustable and easy to control, and all the parts are made with high-quality, durable materials that will last a lifetime. This sex machine is surprisingly quiet, and the movements are smooth and very satisfying. The only small thing I didn’t like was the dildos that came with the toy. They are made with body-safe silicone and have different sizes, so I can’t complain about the quality; they were just not so pleasing visually.

Price

I think the Lovense Sex Machine is fairly priced and competitive with other sex machine brands. It comes with all the necessary additions, so you don’t have to invest in any extras, as often happens with other brands. Plus, Lovense is known to be a solid and reliable brand with high-quality products, so I think a sense of safety is important when choosing such advanced and intense products.

Performance

The Lovense Sex Machine is surprisingly quiet and really fun to use! At first, I was a bit overwhelmed with the whole assembly process. Plus, I don’t have that much experience with thrusting toys, especially this size, but it was actually easier than I thought. The lowest thrusting speed is perfect to start with; it’s satisfying but still very comfortable. The thrusts felt stiff and weird the first time I tried them, but once I got used to this new sensation, everything felt natural and deeply satisfying! Surprisingly, I didn’t find the noise distracting at all. And despite my initial fear about using it, I found it a really entertaining toy to use with a partner!

Packaging

I was disappointed with the packaging of the Lovense Sex Machine. I am a sucker for a nice unboxing, especially with expensive products, and usually, Lovense delivers a decent experience, but this time, it was underwhelming. The product came in a simple, brown cardboard box, with all the parts securely stored in styrofoam. I give it an A+ for discretion, but I was hoping to receive a pretty and sturdy box I could use for storage. On the other hand, they included a storage bag for the sex machine, so it’s a big plus

Materials and care

The Lovense Sex Machine is mostly made of metal, and both dildos are made of 100% body-safe silicone, which is a big plus. Clean dildos with warm water and a sex toy cleaner, and leave them to air dry. It's recommend to oil the sliding rails before and after each use with mechanical grease, and remember that the machine is not waterproof, so don't use it in wet places, and don't use water to clean it.

Special feature

The Lovense Sex Machine is app-enabled, and it features the Lovense Remote App, which is, in my opinion, the best app for long-distance play. It has many interactive features that really spice up solo and couple’s play. I’ve tried many Lovense sex toys, and I’ve never encountered any connectivity issues. I find the app super intuitive and easy to control.
