My Verdict
I was very excited to try out this toy, especially because of its vibrant color. Unfortunately the vibrations were very strong, to the point that I became way too sensitive to them. Especially after I orgasmed, I had to immediately remove it because it was too much. I know that some people do enjoy that, so this toy would be perfect for them! People who do not like intense vibrations though, would not enjoy this toy. It had a beautiful color, was easy to use, in great condition, and came with very clear instructions. In all it was a very clean toy with all of the resources that you would need.

About The ROMP Presto
This toy is very flexible and comfortable to use and hold in your hand. It comes with a charging chord and fun little stickers, as well as a manual, and safety instructions. It has on and off buttons that you hold for 2 seconds to turn on and off. When you double click the on button it changes from vibrations to patterned vibrations. It could be used for clitoral, nipple stimulation, or any kind of stimulation that you are interested in using it for.

Personal Experience
I have used a couple vibrators in the past including a Wiggling Wearable Vibrator that had both clitoral and g-spot stimulation, and a Mouth and Tongue clitoral stimulator. Compared to the ROMP Presto, they were a lot less intense and more pleasurable. They had more of a rumbly feel to them and were not too strong — just the right amount to help you get there.
Trying It Out
The ROMP Presto was a very beautiful and fancy toy, but I used it a couple of times and each time that I orgasmed, it became too much. Even when I would use it at the start, it was not very comfortable. I felt like I had to keep on pulling it away because it got to be too much at times, and then I would put it back. I used all of the patterned settings and those felt a lot less intense so I enjoyed them more and it felt exciting. The patterned settings were more on the rumbly side and they were a lot slower beginning at a low setting and slowly progressing and then pausing. That was very enjoyable because it gave you a break every few seconds. To make it more enjoyable, I tried putting the toy underneath my clit while I was sitting up and rode it with a dildo at the same time. That felt very nice getting both clitoral and g-spot stimulation. It is quite a loud toy, so it would not be something to use in a place where you live with people that you would not want to hear it. I think that this would be a toy that people who like intense vibrations would love, it was not something that I would use very often.Design
The design of this toy was beautiful I loved the vibrant color of the cosmic blue. The shape was also very appealing and your hand could fit perfectly around it. The placement of the power buttons were helpful. If you orgasm and it becomes too much after, you can just turn it off right away. The design worked very well and I think it would be perfect for people who enjoy intense vibrations but personally, it was not my favorite.
Ease of Use
This vibrator was very easy to use and turn on and off. I was able to figure out how to use it without the instructions. It would especially be helpful to someone who possibly had limitations in their hands or wrists because of how comfortably it fits in the hand. They also could try to sit up and place the vibrator under their clitoris and grind up against it so that hands would not need to be involved.
Quality
This vibrator was in very good quality. Nothing was broken or out of sorts. It is not cheap at all and is very sturdy. Everything wax in great condition.
Price
I do not think that the price was that reasonable. $35 just for a vibrator without any additions or special features is a little much. If there were extra features or items that came with the toy, then it would make more sense, but I do believe that it should have been less.
Performance
The function of the toy is very easy and it lasts a decent amount of time, about 70 minutes and the charging time is 130. The vibrations were very strong and were not too enjoyable in my opinion, because they made me feel extremely sensitive. It did not hurt to use, and was comfortable on the skin. I had it running for about 30 minutes, and the battery did not overheat at all.
Packaging
The packaging that the toy came in way extremely beautiful. Whoever designed it knew what they were doing with the combination of blue and burst of yellow. It is not very discrete because an image of the vibrator is on both sides. On one side of the package, it shows all of the features of the toy as well as notifying that there is a charging chord inside.
Materials and care
This toy had very clear instructions that were easy to understand and read. It came with two sets of directions, and a charging chord, so it was not very heavy. This toy is waterproof and easy to clean with just water and soap. It is very easy to store in the box that it came in, but it did not come with a bag or separate box to store it in.
