First Impressions
My first impression of the Sex & Mischief Brat Locking Cuffs was liking the rose gold color of the metal parts! I’m a huge lover of rose gold. The packaging was simple to look at, and easy to open up, and there was no fuss, no scissors or science needed! I was not a fan, however, of how cheap the metal felt. I know the cuffs are priced very affordably, so I should’ve expected them to be cheap, but it still surprised me. You know the baby metal lock and keys that you used to use on your secret diary as a teenager? Yea, those are on these cuffs.Personal Experience
When I first opened up the baggie that kept the Sex & Mischief Brat Locking Cuffs, I was pleased that there was absolutely zero odor like you’d get with fresh dildos. The first thing I did was play with the locks. I noticed that the locks can be a bit finicky at first, and if you turn the tiny key too hard, it’ll make a total 360 in the lock. I didn’t want to do that too many times and break it. The faux leather that the Sex & Mischief Brat Locking Cuffs is very good though! I yanked and pulled on them, and they didn’t let up one bit, so I can definitely vouch for this material! The inside of the cuffs feels felted, making them even more comfortable! The really cool thing about these cuffs is that they come with a detachable connector chain! I thought this was awesome, usually cuffs are permanently connected. The chain was very easy to disconnect when needed, and it slides right back on to reconnect the cuffs. The other thing I love about the Sex & Mischief Brat Locking Cuffs is the easy adjustability of the size! The cuffs have slots in the leather that you can just slide the lock into however tight you need them to be! My only real problem with them, again, is the cheapness of the metal. But all in all, these are great for beginners to BDSM!Design
The Sex & Mischief Brat Locking Cuffs feel very comfortable with the soft faux leather they're made of! Being cuffs, they are pretty basic looking, but the beautiful rose gold accents and chains add a luxurious touch to what could've ended up being a very simple design! The adjustability of the sizing and the connecting chain is nicely blended in to the cuffs, so it keeps that nice clean look instead of making them look clunky.

Quality
The Brat Locking Cuffs are kind of half and half for me on the quality. The faux leather is great quality, and the rose gold is gorgeous. The accents are beautifully done, and the connections are strong. The metal used in these cuffs, however, has a very cheap, hollow feel. The locks are simple, small locks like on an angsty teen's secret diary. When I turned the key a few times, it just turned around in circles in the lock. Unlock these very carefully!
Price
The cuffs are an affordable $23.99 on the SheVibe website! The package only comes with the cuffs and the keys, but the nice faux leather material that they're made of definitely makes it worth it! The Brat Locking Cuffs is an affordable start for anyone looking to start their BDSM journey.
Performance
I couldn't find any reviews online for this product, even when I checked several websites. While you can use these by yourself, I feel these are more for partnered use. The cuffs stay closed around the wrist very well, and the chain holds them together great! The locks, again, can be finicky. Your partner will want to take care in opening them.
Packaging
The packaging that the Brat Locking Cuffs comes in is a simple bag, but that's all it really needs to make an impression! It's a see-through plastic bag, and the cuffs are wrapped around an accepting cardboard piece. I'm a huge fan of simple designs myself, because the product should always speak for itself. The cuffs speak for themselves big time!
Materials and care
The Sex & Mischief Brat Locking Cuffs are made with faux PU leather, with the metals being zinc alloy and iron alloy. There's a felted material on the inside of the cuffs as well. These are body safe unless you have an allergy to one of the metals. In that case, I wouldn't use these! There's no care instructions on the packaging, but a quick Google search tells me that faux leather is NOT waterproof! So if you need to clean your Brat Locking Cuffs, I'd highly recommend wiping them off with a damp cloth. There was no storage bag, but if needed, you can use the bag it came in.
