My Verdict
The Praesto G/P spot dildo is a gorgeous design that unfortunately seemed to work better on paper than in actual use. Neither myself (a prostate owner) nor my partner (a vulva owner) were able achieve any great satisfactory feelings from this dildo. Although the dimensions are on the smaller side, the bulbous head and aggressive curvature of the tip make insertion rather difficult. The quality is top notch, however, and there is little to no drag at all once the toy is inside and moving!

About The Uberrime Praesto
The Praesto (meaning “on the spot” in Latin) is a silicone dildo made specifically to target the p-spot/g-spot. It has a head circumference of 5 inches, and a shaft circumference of 4 inches with a silky smooth texture along the entire shaft. The Praesto also features and orientation nub to make sure you always know what way your toy is facing and a harness compatible base that is anal safe.

Personal Experience
Praesto Packaging
When I received the Praesto I was beyond excited. Uberrime has made a name for themselves as a top platinum silicone sex toy company for a reason and I was ready to experience why. The shipping is extremely discreet as it arrives in a plain brown cardboard box with no indication of what’s inside. Once you open the packaging you are promptly met with a card that outlines how to care for your new toy, three mini molds of the Uberrime Maximus (in three different shore densities), and the Praesto itself in a plastic bag. Visually, the Praesto is stunning. The colors were vibrant, the marbling was unique and gave the toy a lot of character, and there were no flaws in the pour when inspected. We ordered the Praesto in a 16a density and it was medium-firm and held its shape well when bent. One thing I found interesting about the Praesto was the fact that its base, although not specifically marketed as a “suction cup” base, does possess the capability to stick to flat surfaces rather well.Did It Hit The Spot?
My partner was the first one to use the Praesto and decidedly had some very strong feelings regarding its performance. We were both confident that the 1.59 diameter head diameter (although larger than the average penis) wouldn’t be nearly as difficult to insert as it turned out to be. The bulbous head, firm silicone, and aggressive curve make it extremely awkward to insert. With almost no taper, you are greeted with an immediate stretch and the firm 16a density silicone doesn’t have much squish to assist you in the process. Once inside however, the smooth silicone glides nicely and doesn’t drag at all. The curve feels much less prominent once inside which made it much more difficult to locate my prostate and my partners g spot. This is unfortunate since I especially love direct prostate stimulation, which was a big selling point of the Praesto. The length of the Praesto was something else we both had trouble with as the short insertion length (5.5”) made it very difficult to handle when penetrating yourself. The short length also made it almost impossible for us to use in a harness as I’m someone who enjoys longer stroke lengths that the Praesto just wouldn’t allow. The orientation nub however was a great addition as it made it very easy to make sure the toy stayed in the correct orientation. This was especially helpful when I was using the Praesto on my partner. Overall, our experience with the Praesto was very mediocre. No fireworks, no crazy powerful orgasms, but it also wasn’t the WORST. The quality of the toy itself was immaculate, I just believe the design itself doesn’t execute its goal as well as I had hoped.Design
The marbling and vibrant colors of the Praesto are gorgeous and make it feel like an extremely unique and personal sex toy. The dimensions and curvature unfortunately didn’t meet mine or my partners expectations and so for that I have to knock off points.
Ease of Use
It’s a dildo at the end of the day, they aren’t too complex or hard to use. However, compared to other dildos, the insertion process being as difficult as it was and the short length making handling it a bit of a chore, I do believe there are better options on the market.
Quality
I was incredibly impressed with how well the silicone felt. There were no imperfections, bubbles, rough edges, etc. The care guide included gives you detailed instructions on how to get a long life out of your silicone toys and so I have no doubt that with proper care, this didlo will last a life time.
Price
$55 is a fair price when it comes to high quality silicone toys. I’m personally not sold on the design as the dimensions and curvature just didn’t seem to work well with mine or my partners anatomy, however if the design intrigues you then I think it is 100% worth the investment.
Performance
Overall my partner and I were underwhelmed by the performance of the Praesto. For me specifically, I enjoy a ton of direct prostate stimulation (after all, my favorite toy ever is the Njoy Pure Wand) and with the Praesto I was hoping to evoke some similar sensations. Unfortunately, my anatomy just wasn’t made for the Praesto as I failed to notice any prostate stimulation during my extensive use of the toy.
Packaging
The packaging is very straightforward and nothing to write home about. The dildo itself comes in a basic clear plastic bag with an Uberrime sticker listing their socials and some important information regarding care. I do like the fact they offer some sample “mini dildos” in different shore densities….although it would’ve been nice to know what the densities are for future reference. Although you can use the plastic bag the toy comes in as a storage bag, it would be nice if the included a cloth storage bag as the material can attract lint/hair quite easily. The care guide included is very informative though and I’m glad they push people to take care of their products so they maintain a long lifespan.
Materials and care
Uberrime’s Platinum Cured Silicone is a high quality blend that showed no signs of imperfections and has proven itself very durable through use. The great thing about silicone is it’s non porous and easy to clean. Using something as simple as antibacterial hand soap for between uses will make your toy as good as new. If you want to fully sanitize your silicone dildo, just soak it in a 10% bleach solution or keep it in boiling water for 5-10 minutes.
