VibePad Review
My Verdict
Overall, I can absolutely see the appeal of this toy. It can be used hands-free, over clothes and could be extremely beneficial for someone with mobility issues. However, for me, I can honestly say this is the worst toy I've come across for my body and anatomy. I'm actually quite disappointed, as the online hype was quite positive. But that's okay! They can't all be winners!

About The VibePad
The VibePad is a full silicone, rechargeable, waterproof grinding pad that features two "stimulus waves" or bumps with 7 vibrating motors in each for a truly customizable experience. It also has the added benefit of being controlled directly on the pad, or wirelessly with a control remote (enclosed in the box).
The vibrations of the VibePad are quiet, very powerful, and somewhat rumbly
Pros
- ✅Able to be controlled both from the toy and a remote
- ✅Quiet
- ✅Waterproof
Cons
- ❌Grinding is really it's only use
- ❌The raised bumps can be uncomfortable
- ❌Vibrations are quite rumbly
- ❌While men can use it, in my opinion it's better suited for vulva stimulation

Personal Experience
Look at This Stuff, Isn’t it Neat?
I was honestly pretty excited about trying the Vibepad! I’ve never used a grinding toy, and under normal circumstances I really enjoy that sensation. So testing out the Vibepad was a no-brainer. Upon receiving it, I was actually pretty surprised at the packaging for the price point. Maybe I’ve just been spoiled by higher end brands, but for a toy coming in at just over $100, I really thought the packaging would be a little more sturdy. That paired with an image of a woman physically using the toy right on the front was a little jarring. I prefer my packaging sleek and sophisticated, something that may have suffered for the Vibepad just based on the sheer size of the toy itself. Getting it out of the box, the first thing I noticed was the raised ridges that allow for clitoral, perineal and anus stimulation all at the same time. Something I think you’d be hard pressed to find in another toy on the market. But that’s about where I stopped being impressed.Am I *Too* Sensitive?
Once fully charged (120 minutes total), I set the Vibepad up on a pillow and set out to grind and conquer… except that’s not what happened. After setting it up on a few different surfaces (pillow, chair, couch arm rest) and just about every vibration combo, all I was left with was some tingly sore bits. Maybe it’s just me, but the rumbly vibrations were just not it for me , and the ridges were so hard against me that it genuinely hurt my pelvic bone at the end. I’ll be totally honest, that’s where my experience ends with this toy. Once you’ve hurt me (and its not consensual) we’re done and I’m moving on. This situation is no different.Design
The Vibepad is a completely new to me design for a vibrator, the first thing I noticed is that the ridges are different sizes and positioned a few inches apart. This allows for two points of stimulation as well as sort of a 'one size fits all' sort of arrangement for contact points. Another interesting thing to note is the controls physically on the toy are located on the flat underside, meaning if you don't have the remote, changing patterns or intensities can be a little frustrating.
Ease of Use
Overall, the VibePad is quite easy to use. Turn it on using the power button on the flat underside, place on a surface, straddle and grind! That's all there is to it. However, it is important to mention that the Vibepad’s remote control powers the vibration in the ridges but doesn’t turn the toy on or off. This can be great for partner and hands free play (no accidental off moments), but can be quite confusing upon first use.
Quality
Over all the quality of the Vibepad is pretty on par with the price. A completely silicone body always makes a toy just *feel* expensive, and the Vibepad is no different. The remote feels a little cheap, but how fancy do you really need a vibrator remote to be, ya know? For what it is, the quality is there, but I would make some changes if I had my way.
Price
The VibePad retails for $119, so it's by no means cheap, but it's also not outrageously priced either. It's a little bit of a niche toy, as it's pretty much just good for grinding, I do think you could accomplish the sensation with a less expensive toy.
Performance
If I'm being honest, for me, the Vibepad just didn't meet the online hype. It's a well made toy, with powerful rumbly vibrations, however my anatomy just doesn't work comfortably with it no matter how hard I try. Personally it hurt me to use, as the ridges meant for grinding are quite firm, almost hard. And that itself takes a lot away from the toy for me.
Packaging
The packaging for the VibePad is pretty straight forward, featuring a rather sexy lady using the toy with the brand name boldly across the front. There is a cute little window flap so you can peek at the surprise inside that I found quite fun, However the box did get a little banged up in shipping, the material is flimsy enough that I do personally think it needed more than a bubble mailer.
Materials and care
This VibePad is completely silicone, and waterproof. So cleanup is honestly a breeze. Your favorite toy cleaner, or some soap and water and a good dry and you're all set to toss it in your toy drawer. As with all silicone toys, water based lubricants are recommended.
