Exploring the Design

Its rabbit-like design has 2 parts, an internal arm for g-spot stimulation and an external arm for clitoral stimulation. It looks and feels good to the touch. It doesn't have a manufactured smell like some of the other products I've bought and used. The Nova is soft, semi-quiet, comfortable and convenient; especially when you have those urges to have some naughty fun but there are guests in your house! I am a fan of the design because it is ambidextrous. I'm left-handed, so it is easy for me to navigate the toy. What I have an issue with is that although the toy can be "adjusted", the g-spot stimulator arm has minimal flexibility. The clitoral arm has some flexibility but is not designed to stay in the place you positioned it. I would have liked for it to have more adjustability and to stay where I've positioned it. Also, the design doesn't stand out too much; it is similar to other designs I have seen, which is a tragedy since it is such a great toy to use and play with.

My User Experience Unveiled

The We-Vibe Nova is a very easy to use toy. There are 5 buttons total. The 1st is to turn on / increase vibration of the toy. Button 2 turns off / decrease vibration. Button 3 changes the different vibration patterns. Button 4 changes the vibration to its previous vibration pattern, and button 5 allows you to switch the control between the two motors. With its comfortable grip and slight curve anyone can use the Nova, from novice to expert. Since this toy is 100% waterproof, cleaning it makes it a breeze!

The We-Vibe Nova: Standout Quality or Shortcomings?

This toy is very reliable. I bought my Nova when they first came out; that was nearly 4 years ago, and it works like new! It is sturdy yet doesn't weigh more than a couple ounces. I believe the high quality of the silicone helps it to make minimal noise while being used. So much so that the vibration noise would not be disturbing to anyone in your house if you choose to play while guests are around. Be unabashed and let your freak flag fly whenever you feel the urge to vibrate!

A Closer Look at the We-Vibe Nova’s Price Tag

I bought the Nova when it first came out, but the price to me was worth it. I’ve had this toy over 3 years now and it works like new! I would tell anyone looking to purchase a high-quality long-lasting toy to invest in a Nova. There are newer versions of this toy, and I am sure they last just as long as my 1st generation Nova. The charger that came with it still works. The Nova 2 is cheaper now than when the Nova 1 came out, so that's a win in itself. Overall, you pay for quality, and We-Vibe knows quality!

Performance Analysis of the We-Vibe Nova

I’m still blown away at how intense the vibrations are after over 3 years of use! It is like the Energizer bunny, full of intense vibrational pleasures. Every time I use Nova, I find a new way of getting off! Before buying my Nova, I didn't know or even think I was capable of squirting, but after buying Nova, I can truly say that not only can I squirt, but I can also control when to release... Also, if you're into edging... which I am, Nova is great for that too! I can tell it’s nearing its lifespan though; the internal battery has begun to get a bit warm after using it longer than 30 mins, and it takes a shorter time to charge as before it took 1.5 hours to fully charge, it now takes about half that time. However, it is still my go-to toy, and I am glad I invested in it.

A closer Look at it’s packaging

The packaging itself was a pretty basic design. The box was pink/purple with an image of the toy, and its name on the front. It did have a cute little ribbon the box could be held by, but there was no WOW factor to the packaging at all. Nothing to catch the eye of a possible consumer. The reason I purchased the toy was because my sister worked at the sex store, and she knew about all the cool features. I suppose you can say “it’s better and worth it on the inside.”

Evaluating the We-Vibe Nova: Materials and Care

It is made of a very soft, high-quality body-safe silicone. Because the toy is 100% waterproof, it can be submerged, so cleaning it is quick and easy. It can be cleaned with toy cleaner, alcohol or warm soap/water. You can leave it to air dry or wipe it dry with a lint free cloth. Storing the toy is easy and discreet because it comes with its own silk draw-string storage pouch. Having this also makes it ideal for travel.

Special feature

The Nova can be controlled by another person via the We-Vibe app. It connects through Bluetooth and as long as there’s a connection, whomever you give access can control your stimulation. This is a feature that sold me on buying it. The downside of this is that you cannot control the vibration by connecting it to a playlist like the newer Nova 2. But giving your partner control when they aren’t there helps those lonely nights feel not so lonely.
