Design

The We-Vibe Pivot has a nice, simple, yet sleek appearance. It is very basic when it comes to its options for functionality so it does not have a bunch of buttons to press or feel overwhelmed looking at. The size of the hole might appear intimidating for some so there may be hesitation during initial use. Slight improvements could be made but overall it works for myself and my husband.

Ease of Use

Again, this toy is very basic overall with manual functions. It’s a simple use of one button to turn it on, rotate through vibrations, and turn off. However, I have found that this button is quite difficult to push once on a penis. You do have to press it a little firmly which makes you feel as though you might hurt your partner. My husband felt as though he had to press it firmly but at least he was able to prevent any pain but doing so himself. He did find it to be even trickier when he had lube on his finger or on the button of the toy. I do wish that button was a little easier to press. It may be quite difficult for people who have health issues and difficulty using their fingers. If you have a cellphone with app capabilities, then this may not be too big of an issue for you.

Quality

Quality is one aspect it really doesn’t lack. The material is smooth, it appears pretty sturdy and like it will last a long time. I also know that loud toys are not high on everyone’s list, so this toy hits the spot with that- practically whisper quiet. I really can’t say too much on the con side other than, I wish their power button was easier to see and press. Otherwise, quality is well done.

Price

I feel that the price for this toy is a bit steep, more than what I’d want to spend. Comparatively, you can buy other vibrating penis rings for cheaper and be able to enjoy them just as much. What makes this more unique is the app enabled feature. I see why the price is a bit more because of this and it does help with some of the cons- such as the difficult to find and press button, softer vibrations, shorter battery life. However, once you add up those pros and cons I still feel this could have been a bit cheaper before I give it a green light. This will also vary based on your personal preferences. It could be everything that you are looking for in a toy in which this price wouldn’t be steep at all. It is great quality and has nothing but good intentions here.

Performance

I was truly excited when receiving this toy to review. Again, I love that it is quiet BUT is it quiet because the vibrations aren’t as intense as I like them to be? It felt more of a tease to me, and I was hoping to get in a few O’s with some positions in which I didn’t need to reach down and hold a toy or manually please- I need that outside play too with penetration. This just didn’t quite cut it for me. I did not notice the battery get hot but again, it definitely needs to be charged after each use and if not used frequently, prior to use. Luckily it doesn’t take but 90 minutes max to get a full charge so you can charge in anticipation if needed.

Packaging

I feel the packaging is mostly great. It is pretty discreet. If you don’t know the brand We-Vibe then you probably wouldn’t even know what this was looking at the front of the box. The box itself feels durable, not flimsy. All the packaging stays in place so the toy cannot move out of its spot and break etc. The only thing I still don’t quite understand is the reason for the ombré color look of the toy in the front of the box. Initially I questioned if it was 2 toned, glowed in the dark, or changed color in water… I’m guessing it’s just for aesthetics purposes?

Materials and care

The material of this toy is wonderful. Everything from the color, to the soft, smooth texture, to the waterproof body-safe, non-porous material, is everything I look for in a toy like this. It is easy to clean, with soap and water, and lacks tiny nooks and crannies so you can wipe it down and let it air dry and put away. I feel that with a toy like this it should have come with a small pouch to store but it’s not a dealbreaker.

The We-Vibe Pivot allows an app enabled feature which really can improve your experience. Set up is simple and gives you easy step by step instructions. Once in the app gives you multiple features to use during play but is also not overwhelming with too much to do. After a few times using this app any beginner can become a pro!
