Why I Chose It

For me, the Tango X embodies everything a good clit vibrator should and at a very reasonable price, which is exactly why I chose it as the overall best clit vibrator!

Our tester Rachel reviewed the Tango X three years ago and it’s still her favorite vibrator to this day! She even went as far to say it “was the bullet vibrator I had been looking for my whole life.”

I also own the We-Vibe Tango myself, and while it isn’t my all time favorite vibrator, it’s definitely in my top 5  — I’m more of a wand gal though! That being said, I still think this is by far the best bullet vibrator I’ve experienced!

One of the amazing things about the We-Vibe Tango X is how rumbly the vibrations are for such a small, lightweight vibrator. On the lowest settings, it almost feels like tapping! I also enjoyed there’s a really great range of intensities from the low, slow tapping up to pretty powerful!

Rachel pointed out in her review that “it’s so quiet, even on the highest settings” and I totally agree! It’s way more discreet than my usual wand, and much more travel-friendly!

Rachel loved that the ABS plastic feels “so smooth” and “never drags on the skin” and now considers herself a convert! Personally, I found the slipperiness a little frustrating as it was difficult to keep the vibrator in the right spot.

Why I Chose It

I think the Lovehoney Ignite Finger Vibrator makes a great first clit vibrator, as it’s just so intuitive to use! The stretchy loop slips over your finger and you are good to go! It’s the perfect step up from just using your fingers.

Edie reviewed it and thought the “ignite is a quality toy at a fantastic price point.” She was “was blown away” by the number of speeds and patterns, giving a beginner plenty to explore! She found that “the lowest speed was all [she] needed to climax!”

Edie did find that the vibrations were on the buzzy end of the scale and not the most powerful, which might be a drawback to some but it’s another reason I chose this as the best clit vibrator for beginners. That being said, Edie is a very experienced reviewer, and she still enjoyed it!

It’s also extremely discreet in both how it looks and how it sounds, with Edie commenting that it’s “whisper quiet,” making it great if you live with other people.

Why I Chose It

When I first got the Lelo Dot, I was skeptical about it’s claims, but now it is easily one of my favorite clit vibrators in my whole collection. I love how the soft, flexible silicone tip flutters back and forth giving more of stroking sensation than traditional vibrations.

There are two reasons I chose the Dot as the most discrete clit vibrator, the first being just how quiet this thing is! It’s the quietest vibrator I own, and I would happily use it with someone in the next room without fear of being heard!

The second is the design! Not only is it super beautiful, but it’s also very ambiguous looking. I often have it sitting out on my bedside table and wouldn’t worry about anyone knowing what it is. Although, saying that, my friends know me, so they tend to assume any ambiguous object in my house is a sex toy!

While I’m usually a broad stimulation kinda gal, there is something uniquely pleasurable about the very pinpoint stimulation of the Dot’s flickering tip. After a bit of use, I was also able to pinpoint the most sensitive part of my clitoris, which was an interesting experience!

That being said, if you know you need a lot of pressure to climax, I wouldn’t go for the Dot and go for a more solid vibrator instead.

I also love how easy the Lelo Dot is to use! I particularly enjoy using it over my whole vulva for some warm-up. In use, the three button controls and finger loop are a breeze to use, and it’s waterproof so clean up is hassle-free! I tend to grab it when I just want a quick and easy self-pleasure sesh!

Why I Chose It

This is my all time absolute favorite sex toy! If mine was to ever break, I would buy it again in an instant! The weighted head really makes for a rumbliness I haven’t found in any other sex toy. The vibrations penetrate so much deeper, making both the build up and the orgasm feel so much more satisfying. And OH MY GOD THE POWER! The lowest setting is usually more than enough for me on most days!

I’ve also found this is one of the best toys for partner play because the wide silicone head makes it so easy for my partner to use on me. The long handle and big buttons help as well!

Why I Chose It

For me the Ferri stands out as the best wearable clit vibrator, as although it’s very similar in design to other vibrating panties it has the best app by quite some way! Having tried many of the apps from different sex toy companies, Lovense has been the most reliable and has the best range of features!

The Ferri was reviewed by Jen and her partner, who used it inside a strap-on harness and found it worked well when “the thrusts are creating pressure from the vibrator to the clitoris.”

Jen also liked that “the app adds an interesting layer” to play and that “you can play with making your patterns to see what you like.” In my experience with app-controlled toys, the Lovense app has been the most reliable in terms of connectivity, especially for long-distance play!

While I like the general design of the magnet fastening that holds the vibe in place, I know from experience that panty vibrators, like the Ferri or We-Vibe Moxie+, have a common and somewhat unavoidable design flaw. Once you are standing, gravity pulls the vibrator away from your clit. Jen had a similar finding in her experience.

I was really impressed by the upgrades Satisfyer have made to this iconic clit vibrator! And so was our tester, Rachel! This has been the only sex toy close to knocking the We-Vibe Tango X off her top spot in 3 years!

She was really impressed with the ‘liquid air technology’ which is a thin silicone cap that goes over the mouth. She compared it to “a soft, fluttering tongue” and thought that it was “among the closest sensations to oral sex that a toy can produce.”

She did feel that “the vibrations are sub-par” but as they weren’t the main attraction, it didn’t detract from the overall experience. Luckily, you can choose to use the suction with or without the vibrations, so this doesn’t have to be an issue.

The third upgrade is that the Satisfyer Pro Generation 3 comes with app capabilities. Even though Rachel admits she’s not so into using app controls she gave it a go and was impressed by how easy it was to connect and navigate the app controls.
