Why I Chose It
I think this is one of the most terrifying looking cock and ball torture toys in this review, which is just one of the reasons I chose it as the test winner! The other main one being our testers glowing review!
Although this is designed to be an anti-erection torture device (and I can see it being very effective), our tester Aaron is “way too much of a masochist” and enjoyed both the physical and psychological torture of Kali’s teeth. He described it as “addictive” and “downright essential.”
Although it does bite, especially if you get an erection, however Aaron found that although it “hurts a lot […] It never feels like bodily-harm-hurt, just an immense superficial hurt.”
He was also pleasantly surprised that the metal heats up to body temperature, adding another layer of sensation.
He was super impressed with overall quality and design, commenting that “functionally, Kali’s Teeth is perfectly designed.” The only small critique was that the hinge mechanism was little loose allowing it to shift up and down.

Why I Chose It
I absolutely love the industrial design of this weighty ball stretcher, as did our tester, Devon who loved that it looked just like the “very large shackles for logging” he’d been working with!
He liked that it could be “attached to a chain or rope” so your partner can really have you by the balls! He found it some comfortable, he was able to wear it “24/7 with no discomfort,” making it great for long-term ball stretching or restraint.

Why I Chose It
I chose this as the best CBT toy for beginners as it gives a really nice range ball stretching toys to try out and experiment with. The sensations are also less intense and intimidating, although you can choose to increase them depending on your tastes!
Our tester, Jesse, was relatively new to ball stretching and was impressed by “the fantastic range of toys” that allowed him to “experience the full range from the less extreme, to full on hardcore.”
His favorite item was the ball parachute that fastens around the scrotum. He loved that he could attach weights to it and worked up to 1200 grams!
He also enjoyed that the silicone ball restraint “gives you a great hold for some tugging.” He liked “the strong and sturdy industrial feeling” of the stainless steel ball stretchers but he could only fit one on at a time.

Why I Chose It
I’m a big fan of the visual aspect of the Acrylic Ball Crusher and can see it being a lot of fun for both the crusher and the crushee!
Our test, Rogan, “was very impressed” and surprised by how much he enjoyed it! He also liked that the clear design means you “see the crushing in action.”
He found it “felt very nice to wear and caused no discomfort” beside the obvious intended discomfort, that is!
He was even able to screw “the device all the way until [his] scrotum was nearly as flat as a sheet of thicker cardboard” so you can really taking ball crushing to the extreme if you want to.
That being said, I like that it’s totally adjustable so it can cater to both beginners and more advanced tastes. However, keep in mind, there’s no quick release and you’ll have to screw yourself free!

The reason I chose the this as the best CBT chastity cage is because it brings combines the thrill of being locked up with the fear and anticipation of electric shocks for some really torturous play!

Why I Chose It
As the All-in-One Ball Crusher and Stretcher is quite a complicated piece of kit and it combines stretching and crushing, I decided to add it as the most advanced cock and ball torture toy in the review.
Unfortunately, our Tester Rae couldn’t get this device to work on her partner’s scrotum, but she was still impressed by the design and quality, commenting that it’s “beautifully-made but hard-to-use ball crusher” that is “probably a good toy for experienced ball-stretchers!”
She also appreciated that “it looks impressively scary when it’s assembled” — exactly what you want from a cock and ball torture toy!
One of the issues was that the device didn’t come with instructions and the ones on the website were unclear. The second hurdle was that their partner’s scrotum was too tight to reach through the device.
With this in mind, I only recommend this to users with a looser scrotum that could take the stretch!

Why I Chose It
Now I know that the review has been a bit ball torture heavy so far, so I wanted to make sure I included enough cock torture toys too! Out of all the urethral toys we’ve tested on Bedbible, the Oxy SpectrumProbe stood out as the best because of it’s high-quality finish and beautiful yet functional design!
Peter reviewed it for us and reported that “the inserts have a wonderful feeling when inserted” and he liked that they have a “have a nice heavy feel.”
He enjoyed letting his wife take the lead and found that “the control side of this urethral toy play is amazing, as is the insertion of them — the sensation is quite intense.”
The hollow design of the inserts allows for ejaculation or urination while wearing them, and Peter appreciated that this meant they were suitable for long-term wear. He also found that “the ridges help keep the Probe in place for as long as is required.”
From an expert standpoint, I love that these urethral inserts are made of surgical grade stainless steel, meaning you can, and should sterilise them before each use!
