Verdict
I chose this fisting lube as my “Test Winner” because it’s the all-around best lube for fisting. As one would hope, it’s safe for both vaginal and anal fisting.
However, the biggest advantage that this cream has over other products is the ingredients used to make it. Combining water and silicone lubricant with coconut oil and shea butter, this fisting lube provides excellent lubrication with a creamy feel.
It’s important to note that this lube isn’t clear, which could be a plus—or a minus—to some. It’s also closer to lotion than regular lube, which can get a bit messy during use.
The lube does tend to dry out a bit faster than other products, but it does an excellent job as long as you’re using enough lube
If you’re looking for a product that’s nice on the skin, vegan-friendly, and fairly priced then I think the Doc Johnson TitanMen Triple Duty Fisting Cream is worth checking out!

Although this isn’t the best lube for anal fisting or even the best fisting lube in general, I still wanted to include Elbow Grease Original Cream on this list as an honorable mention.
As a product that’s been around for a while, it’s amassed quite a large base of consistent and loyal customers. Of course, there’s a good reason for that: it works exactly as advertised!
Being oil-based, it’s not suitable for use with latex condoms or toys. However, you can use it with polyurethane condoms, as well as non-latex, non-silicone toys.
While this may limit it a bit in terms of potentially compatible toys, this shouldn’t present much of an issue when it comes to anal fisting.

The Famous Anal Fisting Lube
Since its initial release back in the 1950s, Crisco has been thought of by many as the best lube for fisting. After all, who wouldn’t want a fisting lube that can double as a cooking aid!? Well, as it turns out, there are both pros and cons to this multipurpose approach.
On the positive side, this product is widely available, won’t raise suspicion when you buy it, and actually does work effectively as a fisting lube. Even better? It’s cheap and vegan-friendly!
However, there are downsides when you start to consider compatibility. Cisco will damage latex condoms and sex toys, which limits the potential use cases. It can, however, be used safely with water-soluble, silicone-based lubricants.
Ultimately, whether or not you decide to go with this tried-and-true anal fisting lubrication solution is up to you. While going with a dedicated anal lubricant is always the preferred method, I figured it was important to cover this timeless method nonetheless!

My Thoughts on Numbing Fisting Creams
In theory, numbing fisting cream sounds like it would be the best lube for anal fisting. Discomfort can be annoying or even painful, so it would make sense that the best fisting lube could remove this barrier.
Well, on some level, that does make sense. Nonetheless, I really don’t recommend using numbing fisting creams. These creams work exactly as advertised: they numb your anus!
The pain, while uncomfortable, plays an important role when it comes to anal adventures. Your anus is fairly thin and the skin here can tear easily. If you’re using a lot of numbing cream then you likely won’t notice or even feel these temporary discomforts until they’ve become visual issues.
As you can probably imagine, this is a surefire way to ruin the mood. Not to mention, you’ll now have internal bleeding issues to deal with!
While using numbing fisting creams is unlikely to cause severe issues, it’s still possible. For this reason, I don’t recommend using numbing creams for fisting. Still, since I know some people will decide to use them anyway, here’s a product that is at least high-quality.

- Make sure your anus is up to the task. Fisting is not a starting point when it comes to anal play. You should be able to comfortably take large toys before attempting it. If you haven’t reached that point yet then you’ll want to continue your anal training routine for a bit longer.
- Try to find an experienced partner. This won’t always be possible. However, if it’s your first time then having a partner who knows what they’re doing can make the entire process a lot less stressful.
