My Verdict
I'm an Uberlube convert! While I wouldn't use it for vaginal sex or anal sex with a partner, I will be using it with my compatible anal toys. I'm just sad I can't use it with my silicone toys too! I was a bit disappointed it didn't work as well for anal sex, but that's why thick anal lube exists! That being said, I would really recommend this to anyone looking for a quality silicone lube that's not full of unnecessary ingredients.

My personal experience with the Uberlube
Uberlube, Uber Fancy
I love fancy lotions and potions, so getting my hands on what’s claimed to be the finest lube in the land was a real treat! I’ve never been that into silicone lubes, purely because you can’t use them with silicone toys, but I was interested to see how much difference it made when using my stainless steel sex toys, particularly for anal play as having to stop and reapply water-based lube can be annoying, especially when the bottle has been swallowed up by the bedding!For All Your Lubrication Needs
I tried a bit on my hand when I was taking pictures for the review and was surprised by how thin it was by impressed by how beautifully smooth and slippery it felt. It also left my skin feeling nice and smooth. As well as using it with glass dildos, stainless steel sex toys, or crystal dildos, Uberlube claim it can also be used to prevent skin chaffing during sports and even be used to de-frizz your hair. In the name of research I ran my lubey fingers through my hair, and I can say I think it added a little more shine, although I’m pretty silicone isn’t the healthiest for your hair long term! I think I’ll stick using it in the bedroom!Only the Best For This Booty
When using my steel or crystal toys vaginally, I don’t really need a lot of extra lubrication, so using Uberlube would probably be overkill. Instead I decide to test it using my Rosebuds Stainless Steel Butt Plug. I loved how easy it was to insert the plug with only a small amount of lube! It lasted really well and didn’t get dry or feel sticky and it made removing the plug when the fun was over much more comfortable as well! Uberlube is pretty thin, so you have to be careful not to let it drip. I also found I needed to give my hands a good wipe with a wet wipe after using it otherwise they are quite slippery. I always throw my Liberator Fascinator down and haven’t noticed any staining, which is great!Anal Sex
I also put Uberlube to the test during anal sex with a partner, and I have to say, I didn’t like it that much. It wasn’t quite thick enough for my liking. I feel like I needed something thicker to provide more cushioning during thrusting.Exploring the Design
Ok so aside from this being a great quality lube, I have to admit some of the appeal comes from the fancy glass bottle that looks more like a high-end perfume than a lube bottle! I love that this sits out on my bedside table — a reminder that pleasure should be luxurious from time to time! It also means it's less likely to get lost in the action, so there won't be any shaking the sheets or looking under the bed to find it! It also makes it easier to get the right amount and not accidentally waste any.
My User Experience
I also loved using the pump bottle! No more accidentally squeezing out too much or getting lube on the bottle! The only thing to watch out for is Uberlube is quite thin, so you have to be careful not to let it slide off. Also, you'll want to makes sure to have some wipes handy to get it off your hand otherwise it could get pretty comical!
Quality vs Expectation
I am really impressed with the quality of Uberlube. It feels amazing to use and there are no harmful or unnecessary ingredients. Uberlube only makes Uberlube and pride themselves on quality and simplicity. The lube only contains four ingredients Dimethicone Dimethiconol, Cyclomethicone, Tocopheryl Acetate (Vitamin E) and there's nothing that can throw off your natural balance!
Is the price worth it?
Uberlube is slightly more expensive than other silicone lubes on the market, but I really love the quality and the minimal ingredients list. It's also important to keep in mind that silicone lubes in general are more expensive than water-based lubes, but you need way less, so they will laster longer than you might think. While it is a bit of an investment, if you use glass or metal sex toys, especially for anal, and want a long-lasting lube or want a long-lasting lube for partnered sex, I would recommend it.
Performance Analysis of the Uberlube
Given just how thin Uberlube is, I was surprised by how well it worked! It really made anal play with toys so much more comfortable! It doesn't dry out in the same way as water based lube, so I didn't need to stop and reapply and I really liked that the lube hadn't dried out by the time I wanted to remove my toys. As I mentioned earlier, it wasn't thick enough for anal sex with a partner for my liking.
The Uberlube’s Packaging: Hit or Miss?
Uberlube comes with a safety seal around the pump and a small cardboard tube over that. I was really happy that there wasn't any unnecessary excess packaging. I also thought it was great that there was no plastic cap over the pump because, let's be honest, that would have been lost within minutes.
Reviewing the Material Choices and Care Guidelines
Uberlube comes in a glass bottle with a pump lid which makes it easier to keep clean and you can simply wipe down the bottle after use. Unlike many silicone lubes, Uberlube is non-staining and so you don't have to worry about it ruining your sheets or lingerie. I also love that it's made with non-irritating ingredients and even has vitamin E for some extra moisturising qualities. The only thing to remember is that you shouldn't use Uberlube with silicone sex toys, as there is a chance that the silicone in the lube could react with and damage the silicone in the toy.
