My Verdict
When I first looked at the Lovehoney mon ami G-Spot massager, I wasn't knocked out of the design park, as it's rather simple with 3 subdued buttons. I'll admit, it was almost like a sleeper agent that caught me off guard once I picked it up and then used it. It feels amazing to the touch and when paired with the patterns and speeds/intensity, it's chef's kiss... at least for me it was! I'd recommend others to buy it.

Personal Experience
I will admit, I was cautiously optimistic to test this G-spot vibrator and wondered how difficult it would be for me to relay my experience to you. I’ve only had one G-spot vibe in my life and it certainly wasn’t the first vibrator in my hand when looking for a good time.
First Impressions
My first impression of the mon ami was that it was a simple, straightforward, no frills vibrator. Upon taking it out of the box I was immediately impressed with how soft the material was and how light it felt in my hand. Crossing my fingers for it to have an initial charge, I held the power button and it came to life allowing me to cycle through the intensity and vibration patterns. By the time I made it to the end of its settings, I was very excited for a test run.Testing, Testing…
I started off my first time by using the mon ami externally to build my arousal. It also gave me another opportunity to run through the settings prior to using it on my g-spot. After a few minutes, I felt I was ready to try it internally. The curved shaft and larger tip made it easy to put the vibrator right on the spot. I started by finding my preferred intensity (this vibrator is powerful!) and then moved to trying the patterns out. As someone that needs clit stimulation to orgasm, I was surprised when I barely made it through the settings. Within less than 5 minutes and a tiny bit of clit stim, I was done. Seriously! I’ve tried it a few more times to see if it was a fluke and got the exact same results. This vibrator moved to the top of my lineup.Design
I find the mon ami's design to be simple while also looking and feeling very luxurious. It has smooth, ergonomic curves and is an eye pleasing soft purple color. The material itself is a silicone with a soft silky texture that's gentle against your skin. The only thing that initially threw me for a loop was the location of charging. I stared at this vibrator for a handful of minutes in search of the charging port, the entire exterior looks like 1 solid piece. The instruction booklet did not identify the port location and while I had my suspicions on where the port was, I had to work up my courage to push the charger into it and hope that I wasn't damaging the exterior material.
Ease of Use
Lovehoney kept the controls very simple with only 3 buttons. It is extremely easy to use and control the settings with barely a learning curve. Hold the middle button in to power it on, short presses of the middle button to change the patterns, hold the middle button to turn it off. The top and lower buttons raise and lower the intensity. As the entirety of the vibrator is smooth, there may be issues with grip if you have physical limitations.
Quality
The overall quality is great. The entire vibrator feels high-end and sturdy and the controls worked seamlessly every time. The vibrations are powerful and yet it is super quiet no matter the setting, an attribute that I really appreciate. The bonus of it being 100% waterproof is the icing on the top.
Price
Coming in at $49.99, I think the mon ami is completely worth it. A high quality product with premium materials that has 12 settings, is powerful, and waterproof?! I think you're getting what you paid for. No extras came with the mon ami, just the charger.
Performance
I didn't really know what to expect prior to trying the mon ami but it said "sheet-clenchingly powerful vibrations" and, for me, it lived up to that. It impressed me with how well it performs both function and vibration wise. I liked how quiet it was, even at the higher levels. It advertises 60 minutes of runtime and I've got to be honest, I haven't had to charge it since receiving it. I plugged it in for this review and the recharge took about an hour.
Packaging
The packaging is simple but nice, the interior box slides out to reveal the mon ami g-spot vibrator nestled in foam with the charger neatly wrapped up in a separate section at the end. Upon removing the foam and vibrator there are two leaflets, a quick start guide with fun tips and a safety guide.
Materials and care
The mon ami is made out of soft silicone. I didn't find it to be heavy or super light but a comfortable weight that's easy to hold for an extended time. It's 100% waterproof and it should be cleaned with warm water and a spritz or two of a toy cleaner then left to air dry. I find the toy to be very easy to clean but it doesn't come with a storage box or bag, so for that you're on your own.
