The Gush Experience

The Lovense Gush 2 exceeded the experience of any penis massager/ frenulum toy that I have ever had the pleasure of using. The Arcwave Ion, known for being my favorite frenulum massager/stroker was EASILY toppled by the Lovense Gush 2. I had no expectations coming into this review, and had done no prior research but allow me to say, the Gush 2 will make you orgasm and cum so deeply it sends you into deep thought immediately. The orgasmic bliss I was able to reach with the Lovense Gush 2 and the included adjustable bands is truly immeasurable. I tested the Gush 2 Solo, and it was exceptional, bringing me to SEVERAL hands free orgasms every single time the Gush 2 was used. Mind you, I have never been able to have a hands-free orgasm before my play time and experience with the Gush 2, leaving me absolutely baffled and mesmerized at the power and pleasure that the Gush 2 provides.

Bands Will Make You Dance, Bands Will Make You Dance

The included adjustable bands with the Lovense Gush 2 are an absolute winner. The hands-free orgasm it provided me felt as if every bone in my body was hitting my prostate and being dragged out of my urethra in the warmest, longest ejaculation I’ve ever experienced. The tightness and security that it provides are your phallus is wrapped inside the Gush 2 is an indescribable feeling, as the oscillation pad is forced closer to your frenulum, increasing feeling and deep, sensitive sensation. My one grievance and complaint of the adjustable bands, is that they do not work well with lubricant, as the increased pressure created around the Gush 2 allows it to easily slip off of your phallus, potentially ruining orgasms or interrupting immersion.

Design

The Lovense Gush 2 looks and feels luxurious, and rightfully so. The Gush 2 is made up of a rich forest green body safe silicone main body, with a gradient purple to teal plastic accent piece along the main spine. It has a singular mechanical button at what Lovense calls the "bottom" of the toy, but while in use it would be directed towards the top. The design of The Lovense Gush 2 personally really works for me. The Oscillation pad is located right where I need it to be for my phallus, and the 4,300 vibrations and oscillations per minute are truly felt when in use. My one gripe regarding the design of the Gush 2 is the adjustable tightening straps. The Lovense Gush 2 comes with 2 adjustable tightening straps, yet only shows one in the diagram being used, so I assume the other acts as a replacement. They seem a bit out of place, and difficult to place on the Gush 2 especially with only one hand considering the other hand has to hold the toy in place. Otherwise, an excellent design!

Ease of Use

The Lovense Gush 2 is as easy to use as any other Lovense branded toy. The Gush 2 itself has a singular, physical button at the bottom of the toy that allows you to cycle through 7 different manual vibration modes without having to sync to the Lovense Remote application on your phone. Connecting the Gush 2 to the Lovense Remote app was incredibly simple. By turning it on and opening the app, it automatically detects your toy, then you just click on it, and it's paired! When synced to the Lovense Remote app, you are able to adjust the strength of oscillation of the Gush 2 as well as control it with the 'Loop', 'Float', 'Traditional' and 'Local Sync' modes located within the app. I believe that the Lovense Remote app and the Lovense Gush 2 provide options for people with physical limitations. For example, through the app you can create a control link for people on the Lovense platform to control you if you are unable to do so yourself, or even sync to music and games.

Quality

The Lovense Gush 2 is of excellent quality. I have had nothing but a wonderful experience with the Gush 2, and with every Lovense toy that I own, as quality is something that Lovense excels in without fail in my experience. The Gush 2 is made of incredibly soft, and supple body-safe silicone with a plastic design along the outer spine of the toy. The plastic is s gradient purple to teal color. While it's an improvement from the previous Lovense Gush that boasted a monotone silver plastic piece, the gradient looks a bit cheap and tacky. While the plastic does not feel cheap, as it is very solid and does not dent, it just looks out of place. The Lovense Gush 2 has both vibration and oscillations, stating that it produces "4,300+ oscillations/ vibrations per minute" according to the Lovense Website. These actions produce more noise together, therefore making the toy moderately loud to use for play time.

Price

The Lovense Gush 2 is most ABSOLUTELY worth it! At its current given price point of $89.99 USD at the time of this review, the Gush 2 has many improvements over its predecessor, the Lovense Gush. Upgraded features include the gradient color plastic piece on the Gush 2, extended length to accommodate more sizes, softer silicone for better feel, and a change in the button location to the bottom of the toy for easier access. With the Body safe soft food grade silicone for experience, every inch of the Gush 2's extended length is worth every penny. Included in the box is as follows: The Lovense Gush 2 Unit, proprietary Lovense USB charging cable, and a User manual. I would have liked a travel pouch as every single Lovense product that I own (4), or have bought for others has included a silk travel pouch.

Performance

The manual button on the Gush 2 work as expected, allowing quick switch between vibration modes. Meanwhile, the Lovense Remote App offers nothing less, providing seamless connectivity, no loss in connection, rapid touch controls on your device, a simple UI. The vibrations of the Gush 2 are POWERFUL! The Gush states that not only does the main body of the Gush vibrate, but the targeted frenulum stimulator known as the "oscillation pad" produce 4,300 oscillations and vibrations per minute. The targeted constant frenulum stimulation and vibrations provide incredibly deep, and profound sensation and orgasms. The Gush 2 can get moderately loud, at 38-45 dB, where comparatively a 40 dB sound is comparable to a quiet library or a hum of a refrigerator. The battery did not overheat while in use, with each session lasting well over 45 minutes of continuous high vibration use.

Packaging

The Lovense Gush 2 has relatively simple packaging that does an excellent job at integrating an excellent presentation, and luxury into the user experience. Its vibrant hot pink box with white accents and silver etchings into the box itself provides a visually and tactile sensory experience to behold. I personally love the design and as an owner of multiple Lovense products, the packaging retains a recurring color scheme and tone that captivates you and grabs your attention immediately. The Gush 2 packaging is as discreet in its elegant titles, etchings and tonality, yet simultaneous bold with its 360 degree barbie hot pink box making a visual statement.

Materials and care

The Lovense Gush 2 is made primarily of Food grade Silicone. Food grade silicone is a nonporous material that is safe for use in contact with the body. The Gush 2 also boasts a new plastic piece in comparison to the original Lovense Gush, in a "stylish-gradient color". The total weight of the Gush 2 is 195 grams, equal to 0.43 l, overall making it a very lightweight toy. Lovense has always made quality products, and the Gush 2 is no exception. Its materials are smooth, lightweight, high quality, and nonporous. Incredibly easy to clean, its IPX7 waterproof rating allows for cleaning directly in the shower with just water! Unfortunately, one downside in comparison to other Lovense toys is that the Gush 2 does NOT come with a storage bag. As the owner of the Lovense Diamo and Lovense Edge 2, which both come with silk bags to protect your toy, I'm surprised the Lovense Gush 2 does not.
