This dildo has just the right amount of flexibility and squish to it, whilst still retaining its satisfying shape and size. However, while the base is grippy and harness-compatible, it does not have a suction cup.

Personal Experience
First Impressions
I’ve never been much of a dildo lover in the past, but recently I’ve started to come around to the idea. So, that means that the Tantus Curve is only my second ever dildo (the first being the Le Wand Bow), and my first semi-realistic dildo. Of course, I’ve researched and written about a ton more, but, personally, this was a quite new experience! My first thought when fishing the package out of its shipping box was “Wow, that looks big…”. I’d done my research on the size beforehand, but, when I got face-to-face with it, I started to question myself. I was also a bit confused about the color and texture of the Curve. Tantus makes dildos in two kinds of textures: ‘glossy’, like the Tantus Charmer, and ‘matte’. In some store pictures, the Curve looks glossy and shiny, but it is most certainly matte. The texture is almost rough, like the silicone has been sanded down.A Grinder, Not a Thruster
Even with these first impressions, I was excited to test it out! I thought my first try would be solo, but I couldn’t wait that long, and ended up asking my partner to use it on me after penetrative sex with him. Let me say, my worries about it being too big were unfounded — since I was already warmed up, the size of the Curve was no problem, and was actually really comfortable! I’m a big fan of deep stimulation, and the Curve really reaches where it needs to. I found it felt best when I inserted it as far as it would go, and then pressed it inwards, almost like I was grinding on it. When my partner held it and used a thrusting motion, the rougher silicone felt a bit uncomfortable around the entrance to the vagina — maybe we needed even more lube? It’s a Yes From Me
I’m still experimenting with different ways to use the Tantus Curve, but I’m enjoying the journey! I’ve tried it alone several times now, usually with a clit vibrator, and it feels super satisfying and just filling enough. I have, however, found that I definitely need to take a bit of time to warm up beforehand. With a smooth dildo, this probably wouldn’t be an issue, but the matte texture can really grab at your skin if there’s not enough lubrication going on. It’s also a bit annoying that it doesn’t have a suction cup, but since I’m mostly grinding with it anyway, the grippy base is often enough. Overall, I’m loving this dildo!Design
The Tantus Curve is a semi-realistic dildo with a curved shaft and a bulbous 'glans' at the tip. At 1.37 inches in diameter, it's not huge, but it will certainly require a warm-up if you're not experienced with penetrative toys. For me, it was a pretty perfect size! The teardrop-shaped flared base is flat and grippy, but doesn't function as a suction cup. The color is also pretty majestic, and even though the silicone is matte, there's still a little bit of a sheen to it.
Ease of Use
If you warm up and use plenty of lube, the Tantus Curve is pretty easy to use. The curved shape gives you a nicer angle to work with than if it was totally straight, and you can hold onto the base to maneuver it around. The shaft has some flexibility to it, as well, but the dildo is still firm enough to be felt, rather than collapsing inside of you. However, you may struggle to use this dildo hands-free, as it doesn't have a suction cup.
Quality
The Tantus Curve is made from premium-quality silicone and is hand-poured in the USA. It's a fantastic quality toy, and I have every faith that it will last me a long, long time. The only issue I have with its quality is the packaging, but we'll get to that later.
Price
While there are certainly cheaper dildos available, I believe the Tantus Curve is, in fact, incredibly reasonably-priced. At around $60-70, you're getting a high-quality, versatile and body-safe dildo that feels pretty dreamy to use! I do wish it had a suction cup, and I do find it pretty crazy that it doesn't come with a storage pouch, but overall I think it's worth the money.
Performance
The Tantus Curve does exactly what it needs to! The flexibility and slight squish makes it comfortable to insert, but its firmness means it still provides the g-spot, a-spot or p-spot stimulation you deserve. For me, it works fantastically as a way to get internal stimulation whilst stimulating my clit separately, especially when it's deep in there. However, I really wish it had a suction cup so I could enjoy some hands-free riding.
Packaging
The packaging for the Tantus Curve is, as with many dildos, very underwhelming. It comes in plastic shell casing with a card stock insert, and it's so flimsy that mine was actually broken when it arrived! This packaging isn't really suitable to keep and use for storage, so I recommend having a storage bag or box ready to keep it clean and fresh in between uses.
Materials and care
Like with all Tantus products, this dildo is made with premium quality silicone that has been rigorously tested by a toxicology panel to make sure that it is 100% body-safe. You can clean it with soap and water (or a toy cleaner) and even boil it with no worries about its hygiene, and it's safe to store with other sex toys. I recommend storing it in a satin pouch or hygienic box to keep it dirt- and lint-free. Tantus even say that you can use their dildos with certain premium silicone lubricants, like Pjur, without damaging the material.
