Why I Chose It
Out of all the thrusting dildos in this review, I think the Velvet Thruster Mini Teddy XL is by far the cutest! There’s something about the powery lavender that I just adore!
That’s not the only reason I chose it as the runner up though! This is a high performing thrusting dildo, it was only pipped to the top spot by the Gravity because the Gravity has that bit more to offer!
Our tester, Karoline, was also pretty smitten with the Teddy XL.
“It’s super cute as far as thrusting dildos go, while still realistic looking (which I kind of appreciate), very good quality, and does a great job at keeping the pace and the rhythm of thrusts that made me see stars.”
She did, however, note that is pretty noisy, even on the low settings.
“I love the Mini Teddy XL. It’s a high-quality thrusting dildo that feels luxurious and gets the job done. However, it’s pretty damn noisy.”
If I didn’t live alone, or at least with very understanding housemates, this probably wouldn’t be my first choice. That being said, from personal experience, I know that toys with more mechanical movements like thrusting are just noisier.

Why I Chose It
While the Fun Factory Stronic doesn’t quite have the same thrust depth as the other thrusters in the review, it’s still a super quality sex toy, and our tester, Natasha agrees!
“You can feel tell how much care has been put into creating such an orgasmic device from the moment you pick up it up. This does not disappoint! This super easy to use thrusting dildo gives a speedy climax whenever I need it and with 2 hours battery life I can play multiple times without needing charging!”
I chose this as the most discreet for two reasons. The first is it’s nice and quiet. In my experience, thrusting dildos tend to be pretty noisy but not this one!
“I was expecting this to be much louder as it has so much going on and feels like its about to jump out of my hand, but it is super quiet.”
The second reason is that it’s a smaller and easier to store than the other thrusting dildos that have big bases. That does come at the expense of having a suction cup base, which in my opinion is super handy and gives you the opportunity to explore more hands-free positions.
That being said, Natasha was able to enjoy the Stronic Real hands-free in one position.
“After a couple of uses just laying on my back I tried going “hands-free” like the suggestion on the box. I knelt down on the bed after I inserted it and left the handle propped on the mattress with it upright inside me, and it was even more incredible!”
No matter how many sex toys I’ve tested, and believe me, it’s a LOT, I’m always still so excited to get it out of the box and try it out. In this case, however, you need to wait 8 hours for the initial charge to complete! Thankfully this is only for the first charge and not every time. Luckily, the wait paid off for Natasha!

Why I Chose It
I chose to include the Greedy Girl Thrusting Rabbit Vibrator as I know many vulva owners, myself included, orgasm primarily from clitoral stimulation. But that doesn’t mean we don’t want thrusting as well!

“The vibrations of this toy are weak and very buzzy. It was numbing to my clitoris at the highest setting, even though I could hardly feel it half the time. The thruster though? Now that was the best feature, I loved it. It was strong, consistent, and I liked some of the varying vibration patterns that I could use with it.”
It seems to me that the main stimulation comes from the thrusting and the clit stimulation is like a side dish!
I was pretty surprised to see that there 36 possible combinations between the rabbit ears and thrusting settings. For some people this level of customisability is a big plus. However, in my experience, this many settings is in a sex toy is unnecessary and can be more work than it’s worth.
Vern also suggested it would be easier to manage these settings with an app.
“While the varying vibration combinations are fun for some folks, I get easily frustrated having to flip through each and every setting to find the one I want. If a toy is going to offer a lot of combinations, I’d want it to come with an app.”
Another addition the wished for was a suction cup so it could be used hands-free.

Why I Chose It
I’ve often found myself wishing a sex toy came with a physical remote, as it makes it so much easier to change the setting. I also actually prefer having a physical remote for solo play rather than having to connect to an app, so although the test winner has app controls, I wanted to include a thrusting dildo with a physical remote.
