Wet For Her Boxer-Style Strap-On Harness Review
My Verdict
The Wet For Her Boxer-Style Strap-on Harness is a great harness for folks who want to skip all the straps and buckles involved in a jockstrap or thong-style strap-on harness. Slipping on this harness is just as simple as pulling on your favorite pair of undies, and it's just as comfortable too. If you wanted to, you could just wear this harness as boxers and be ready to slip in a dildo at a moment's notice... assuming you travel with a dildo at all times. If you want a comfortable harness that gives you the ability to execute your superb strap game whenever you want, the Wet For Her Boxer-Style Strap-on Harness is an excellent choice. And as a transmasc non-binary person, the gender euphoria of using a boxer-style harness instead of a strappy one was top notch.

About The Wet For Her Boxer-Style Strap-On Harness
The Wet For Her Boxer-Style Strap-on Harness looks just like your favorite pair of boxer-briefs. Unless you're close enough to see the O-ring, you actually can't tell that they're not regular boxers. This boxer harness is made of 95% Cotton, 5% Spandex, and it's extremely comfortable. Like comfortable enough that I actually would wear them as regular boxers. And as a person with sensory issues, that's saying something! The O-ring is reinforced with extra fabric and thick double stitching to provide some support for your favorite dildo. Though, as I mentioned before, it's definitely not as much support as a metal O-ring. The Flexible 1.3" O-ring fits dildos from 1" to 1.75", so be sure to check what size dildo you're using, unless you're prepared to buy another one. The small O-ring is probably the biggest issue I have with this boxer harness. If you're a size queen (of any gender), this harness definitely isn't going to accommodate a satisfying dildo.
Pros

Cons
- ❌O-ring is pretty small compared to other harnesses
- ❌Heavier dildos will flop around in the fabric O-ring
- ❌Depending on your body, the harness can roll up on the thighs or roll down on the belly

Personal Experience
When I started looking for a new strap-on harness after over a decade of not using a strap-on, I was surprised to discover how many different styles were available. As a fat person, I was expecting to have to search forever to find an adjustable, plus-size strappy harness that would actually fit me, and then still deal with the straps digging into my hips and thighs. To my delight, I discovered underwear-style harnesses, and landed on the Wet For Her site. I was surprised yet again when I saw that their Boxer-Style Strap On Harness was available in sizes XS-5X! To be clear, going up to 5X isn’t actually fully inclusive sizing since it still excludes a lot of people. But, it’s still better than most brands. And, it meant that I could actually get a boxer-style harness that fit me!
Trying the Harness On for the First Time
Since it’d been so long since I’d strapped, I was really nervous about using the boxer-style harness for the first time. So, like any person exploring a new sex thing for the first time, I practiced alone in my room first. As soon as the harness arrived, I tried it on, and I was thrilled with how well it fit me and how comfortable it was. The first time I tried getting the dildo in was a little confusing. Instead of just sliding it through the O-ring, the Wet For Her Boxer-Style Strap On Harness has an extra layer of fabric behind the O-ring so the base of the dildo isn’t right on your body. That layer of fabric is also a pocket, which you can put a bullet vibrator in for a little extra fun. I had to figure out how to move the dildo around the extra fabric to get it through the O-ring, which took some effort. But once I figured out how to do it, I didn’t have any issues. Then I pranced around my room in the harness with the dildo hanging out. And as a transmasc non-binary person, the gender euphoria was next-level.Using the Harness for the First Time
When I finally got to use the harness for its intended purpose, the setup was much smoother. I didn’t fumble around getting the dildo in at all. When I was testing the harness out on my own, I did notice that the dildo just kind of flopped down when I wasn’t holding it, but I didn’t think of the issues this might present until I was actually using the harness. I definitely had to use my hands to hold the dildo up and guide it where it was going. But once it was in, I didn’t have to hold it anymore. I could thrust pretty easily without having to support the dildo with my hand. However, if it fell out, it immediately flopped back down and I had to use my hands to move it around until it was back in. I didn’t really have an issue with this, but if you want a harness that holds your dildo at attention at all times, the reinforced fabric O-ring of the Wet For Her Boxer-Style Strap On Harness isn’t going to do it. And again, the gender euphoria! Since I was wearing boxers instead of a strappy harness, it gave the illusion that I was just pulling my own equipment out of my boxers.Using the Harness On the Regular
I’ve used the Wet For Her Boxer-Style Strap On Harness a lot since I first got it, and I’ve gotta say, I’m still as pleased with it as I was the first time I used it. The harness is machine washable, so I just toss it in the wash after each use and it’s good to go for the next time. I’ve washed the boxer-style harness several times at this point and I haven’t seen any signs of wear and tear from the washing machine or dryer. The O-ring also seems to be holding its shape quite well. Even though it’s reinforced with extra fabric and heavy stitching, I’d still expect the O-ring to warp a bit and lose its supportiveness over time. So far, that hasn’t happened. The Wet For Her Boxer-Style Strap On Harness also seems pretty durable. So far, there are no tears or holes, even though I’ve used the harness… vigorously.Design
The Wet For Her Boxer-Style Strap-on Harness is comfy AF. It's made of soft cotton material with a stretchy waistband. Given that I have an ample belly, I was expecting the waistband to roll down quite a bit, but it actually doesn't. That being said, I do have to wear the boxer-style harness at hip-level rather than waist-level, which is where I usually like my boxers. But this hasn't impacted how comfortable they are. This boxer-style harness definitely doesn't have a luxury look or feel, but that doesn't bother me at all. They're designed to look like regular Hanes or Fruit of the Loom boxer briefs and that's exactly why I love them. The design is basic, but more importantly it's very functional. The only issue I have with the Wet For Her Boxer-Style Strap-on Harness is that the leg opening is the slightest bit too small for my thick AF thighs, so they tend to roll up a bit, especially when I'm really going at it. That being said, the rolling up doesn't really bother me too much. It's a completely acceptable trade-off for having such an easy to use harness.
Ease of Use
When it comes to setup, the Wet For Her Boxer-Style Strap-on Harness is way easier to use than a jockstrap or thong harness. The boxers slide on like any other pair of underwear, and once they're on, it's relatively easy to get your favorite dildo through the fabric O-ring. The inside of the boxers has extra fabric behind the O-ring so the base of the dildo isn't right up against your body, and this fabric is the only potential complication to getting the dildo through the O-ring. You have to push the extra fabric aside and slip the dildo under it to get to the O-ring. Though this has been annoying at times, I still think this boxer harness is way easier on the setup end than any other kind of harness I've used. The only downside to the boxer-style harness is that the O-ring isn't super solid like a metal O-ring. This means things can get a bit... floppy during sex, especially if you're using a bigger or heavier dildo. I had to use my hands to guide the dildo where it needed to go, but once it was in, I didn't have to support the dildo at all. That being said, the floppiness might be difficult to manage for those new to strapping. But all in all, I'd still call the Wet For Her Boxer-Style Strap-on Harness beginner-friendly.
Quality
The comfiness and lack of irritation were my first indicators that the Wet For Her Boxer-Style Strap-on Harness is made from high-quality materials. I'm really sensitive to the texture of different kinds of fabric, and I have sensitive skin. So, when something is made from low-quality fabric or isn't designed well, my skin lets me know. I haven't had a single issue with this boxer-style harness. The Wet For Her Boxer-Style Strap-on Harness also seems fairly durable. I've used it several times, pretty vigorously, and run it through the washer and dryer, and I'm not yet seeing any tears or holes. However, some of the threads around the reinforced O-Ring are already coming loose. This hasn't impacted use at all, but it tells me that this boxer-harness isn't as well-made as it could be. For the price, the quality-level is exactly what I'd expect, and I've actually been impressed with the durability considering the intense use this harness gets.
Price
Compared to a jockstrap or thong-style harness, especially a leather one, the Wet For Her Boxer-Style Strap-on Harness is a steal. Wet For Her's boxer-style harness is comparably priced to the boxer-style harnesses made by other brands, and it's significantly cheaper than the luxury brand boxer-style harnesses like the ones made by SpareParts and Tomboii. It didn't come with any extras in the package, but at the price point, I didn't expect any.
Performance
It's been such a long time since I've used a jockstrap or thong-style harness that I don't feel like I can accurately compare the performance of the Wet For Her Boxer-Style Strap-on Harness to a more traditional-style harness. What I can say is that the Wet For Her boxer-style harness has given me the ability to be ready to strap whenever I feel like it, more quickly, and with much less hassle than any other type of harness I've ever used. Because I can fold it up and stick it in pretty much any bag, this harness is super easy to carry with me. And I barely have to stop foreplay to get it on and ready to use. Though the fabric O-ring provides less support for the dildo than harnesses with a metal O-ring, for me, this wasn't such a big problem that it made me reconsider using the harness. It was more of an inconvenience than anything else. And I can definitively say that every partner I've used this harness with has been very pleased with its performance.
Packaging
The Wet For Her Boxer-Style Strap-on Harness came in a simple white box with the brand name and a picture of the harness on the front. The back of the box had all the instructions for how to use and care for a boxer-style harness. I appreciated that the packaging was simple and minimalist. There weren't any extras inside the box, which didn't surprise me considering the price point of the harness.
Materials and care
Cleaning a strappy harness is tough! Most of them can't go in the washing machine and have to be hand-washed. You have to find a gentle cleaning product that won't damage the material, which is especially hard for leather or faux leather harnesses. One of the best things about the Wet For Her Boxer-Style Strap-on Harness is how easy it is to clean and maintain. After you use this boxer-style harness, you can chuck it right in the hamper with your other dirty clothes and take care of it with your next load of laundry! Or toss it right in the washing machine when you're done. Zero hassle. Wet For Her recommends air-drying the harness instead of putting it in the dryer, but I've put mine in the dryer several times and it's just fine. I'm guessing that using warmer dryer settings may cause the boxer-style harness to shrink a bit or lose elasticity over time. But so far, putting this in the dryer hasn't damaged it.
