Design

The gentle curves and velvety silicone look and feel fantastic. The whole product looks high-end and made me feel like I was indulging in some luxury self-care time. The wider, softer mouth (compared to previous models) is also a great addition as it sits comfortably around the clitoris and stimulates more of the area. I have the cerise design, which I personally love, but I like that it also comes in black and purple to suit different tastes.

Ease of Use

Although there are lots of settings to choose from, the controls are intuitive to use, and I like that you can quickly and easily turn the intensity up and down, which is great if you don't want to orgasm too quickly! Also, the controls are in a great location and don't get accidentally pushed when in use. The shape makes it easy to hold in place between your thighs if you want to use your hands elsewhere. I would prefer if the functions started out in the lowest intensity instead of the highest as it can be a bit of a shock to go up to the highest intensity when you only want to change the pattern

Quality

The toy feels very well-made, robust, and it has a nice weight to it so that it sits comfortably in your hand. The silicone is very soft and feels fantastic when used with lube. There are no hard or sharp parts that irritated me and the seam where the silicone meets cannot be felt. The gold plating on the back is a nice touch and adds to the feel of quality. There are no loose parts, the toy doesn't overheat, and it keeps its charge well. The quality of the Sona 2 definitely lives up to what you would expect from a toy in this price range.

Price

There's no denying that this is an expensive toy, but if you can afford it, you should definitely invest in one! This is the royal treatment your clitoris deserves — like a day at the spa for your clitoris but a spa you can go to every day!

Performance

Absolutely top marks for performance. This toy lived up to the rave reviews you've probably seen all over the internet. The clitoral orgasms with the Sona Cruise 2 are unlike any other I have experienced. My only criticism is that the toy can get pretty loud, especially when using the higher intensity settings. The cruise control feels responsive but also means you risk hitting the big O before you are ready, so that can take some getting used to.

Materials and care

Being made of silicone and fully waterproof, the SONA 2 cruise is easy to keep clean with soap and water or toy cleaner. I use a sensitive soap and warm water to clean the toy before and after each use. It's also good to have something small to clean inside the mouth. It can be dried with a clean towel, but I also like to leave it to dry with the mouth facing down as it is tricky to dry inside this area. The SONA 2 cruise also comes with a nice, black satin storage bag to keep your toy safe and clean and stop any lint or fluff from sticking to the toy.
