My Personal Experiences

Having tested three clitoral suction toys in a relatively short amount of time, I was unsure what to expect from the Satisfyer Pro 2 Next Generation and how it would differ from the others. Having liked the Sona 2 Cruise SO much, I was also unsure if the Satisfyer Pro 2 Next Generation may forever be living in its shadow. However, there is a happy ending! The Satisfyer Pro 2 Next Generation shines in its own way. I thought it might feel a bit too bulky, and the head would be too big for me, but the bigger head gave me a different kind of stimulation, and that’s what I ended up liking most about it. As the air pulses cover a slightly wider area, the stimulation doesn’t feel as intense, which makes the lower settings great for a more chilled orgasm. The higher settings get up some power if that’s what you are looking for, but I am more than happy relaxing in the lower settings. If you think the stimulation head will be too big for you, or you know you prefer a different shape, Satisfyer have you covered! For under $10 you can buy a pack of five different silicone heads in different shapes and sizes. The air pulses can feel a bit jumpy sometimes, especially in the lower settings or if you put too much pressure on the device, but overall, the Satisfyer Pro 2 Next Generation delivers some great stimulation and reliable, powerful orgasms. I wouldn’t liken it to oral sex but it does feel pretty amazing. The only thing I can liken it to is the beat of a drum — one that knows the exact rhythm a pressure to get you where you’re going. Everything about Satisfyer Pro 2 Next Generation was easy to use, from the bigger stimulation head to the controls and the charging, making a great first-time toy and perfect for easy, lazy solo sessions. If you are yet to enter the mind-blowing, bed-shaking world of clitoral suction stimulators and are still wondering whether they will do it for you, go out and get one of these. I challenge you to find anything more fun for under $60.

Design

I was neither excited nor disappointed by the design of the Satisfyer Pro 2 Next Generation. I am not that much of a fan of the white silicone head. I would have preferred it in a nice color, as I think the white color and bulkiness of the handle can feel a little medical. That being said, the silicone is very soft, and I like the larger size of the mouth, as it is less intense than the smaller mouths on other clitoral suction vibrators.

Ease of Use

The Satisfyer Pro 2 Next Generation is incredibly easy to use, making it a perfect first-time toy. There are three buttons; one to turn it on, one to turn the intensity up, and one to turn the intensity down. The only tricky bit is remembering which button is up and which one is down when you are using it, as the buttons are facing away from you. The magnetic USB charger is also clean and simple. The bigger, oval-shaped silicone mouth also makes it a little easier to make sure you've got your whole clitoris covered by the stimulation head.

Quality

There is a little weight to the Satisfyer Pro 2 Next Generation, so it feels pretty sturdy. There are no bits that rattle, and the thick medical-grade silicone head has that lovely velvety feel. Like most clitoral suction devices, this thing is not quiet, and I would even say it's one of the noisier toys I own. If you are trying to be discreet, the best way to minimize the sound is to get it in position with a good seal around your clitoris before you turn it on and turn it off before taking it away from your body. Also, trying to maintain a good seal while you are using it can help as it can make quite loud gurgling noises when the air moves between your body and the silicone mouth.

Price

At just under $60, you will get a fantastic orgasm per dollar rate out of this little thing! The Satisfyer Pro 2 Next Generation is one of the more affordable clitoral suction vibrators on the market, but it still delivers some pretty powerful orgasms. While you don't get the same level of luxury design as some of the more expensive clitoral stimulators, you do get a well-made device with some serious power and high-quality silicone. This also makes it a perfect first clitoral suction device to work out if you enjoy this type of stimulation.

Performance

Aside from the noise level (might have to tell my neighbors I've taken up DIY — not a total lie), I was quite impressed with the Satisfyer Pro 2 Next Generation. It has held it's charge well and didn't overheat when in use, even when used for a longer period. It has a different feeling to the Sona 2 Cruise and Womanizer Duo, which have a smoother pulse feeling whereas the Satisfyer Pro 2 Next Generation had more of a thump thump thump feeling — a bit more like a bass drum. This difference, along with the thicker bigger head, made the Satisfyer feel less intense for me, and I actually enjoyed that, as I could take my time with it.

Packaging

The packaging keeps with the usual Satisfyer design and features some nice playful colours and simple illustrations. The Satisfyer Pro 2 Next Generation comes nicely presented in a magnetic closure box, which is handy to keep for storage as it doesn't come with a storage bag, although it is a bit bulky. Although the Satisfyer Pro 2 Next Generation is in the lower price range, the whole thing is still well presented and the packaging doesn't feel cheap at all.

Materials and care

The stimulation head is made of medical-grade silicone, and I really like that it can be removed for cleaning and even boiled — anyone else love making sex toy soup? There's just something so satisfying about a mass silicone boiling session. Maybe I need some new hobbies! Anyway, cleaning the Satisfyer Pro 2 Next Generation is very easy, as it is completely waterproof. You can remove the head and clean both the handle and the head with warm soapy water or sex toy cleaner and then pat dry, I also like to leave it nozzle down on a towel to fully dry before storing it. You also want to make sure to clean and dry the inside of the head properly. Being waterproof also makes it perfect for some fun in the shower or bath!

Special feature

The one thing that stands out about the Satisfyer Pro 2 Next Generation compared to other clitoral suction devices is the larger, thicker, oval-shaped head. I found this made the overall feeling less intense compared to the other clitoral stimulators, which is not a bad thing at all, and it also helped to stimulate more the surrounding area. This meant I could enjoy a greater range of the 11 different settings and could really take my time with the lower settings and even use some of the higher settings, although the top ones are too intense for me, but great if you are looking for some turbo power. This shape and size could also be of advantage if you have a larger clitoris.

Conclusion
I was very curious to try the Satisfyer Pro 2 Next Generation, as it is much cheaper than many clitoral suction vibrators out there, and I wasn’t disappointed. It doesn’t have quite the same luxurious feel as the full silicone suction vibrators, but it still delivers on power, has a great range of intensities, and is easy to use. It is something that I will reach for when I want a more chilled solo session, and I’m not in the mood for the intense, out-of-body orgasms from the Sona 2. With the Satisfyer Pro 2 Next Generation, I can enjoy the lower intensity settings and just sit back and enjoy the sensations. I can also see the lowest settings being great for a pain-relief orgasm for headaches, migraines, or period pain, as it gets all those post-orgasm, feel-good benefits without being too intense. If you like power, don’t be put off though, the higher settings are very powerful. I haven’t actually made use of them yet as they are too intense for me, so the Satisfyer Pro 2 Next Generation caters to both ends of the scale. Mostly, I would say this will be used for solo sessions, although the bigger mouth and easy controls make it easier for a partner to get in the right position. If you are looking for a clitoral suction vibrator and don’t want to spend more than $60, this is a fantastic option. Just be warned, this is not a quiet toy, so if you are looking for something more discreet, you might be better off paying a bit more for a quieter device.
