Why I Chose It

I’ve personally had the pleasure of testing the Fleshlight Universal Launch, and although it doesn’t sync to any adult content (which is often what most people rave about) it’s just an incredible piece of engineering.

Being an owner of a shit-ton of sex toys in the male-sphere I can say for a fact that I haven’t tried a single male sex machine that automatically does the job that does it better.

And, I will say it’s putting it mildly. Because, it’s actually not the fastest stroker – even when I compared it to my Kiiroo Keon it strokes slightly slower (and that shit can sync up to adult content like maniac!).

But, the reason it works so great is because of the design of the handle-bars, the simple controls, and how it is made to fit almost any sleeve in a plastic casing.

At the end of the day, it definitely can do the job for me, as it strokes fast enough and hard enough (which can often be the problem with some other machines), and despite the lack of syncing options it does the simply job of stroking so well it’s a no-brainer as the test winner.

Why I Chose It

Kevin, who tested the Autoblow AI Ultra had also had previous experience with other male sex machines before, and because of his excitement of the AI Ultra it deserved a runner up spot here.

It’s an upgrade from the former model AI+, and that is putting it lightly – it’s a massive upgrade.

In fact the AI+ only really strokes the outside of a sleeve up and down, whereas the Ultra thrusts the entire sleeve up and down. It’s similar to what the Keon and the Universal Launch does. That is just undeniable a much better feeling for anyone. It’s night and day basically, and hence a massive upgrade and one of the big reasons behind Kevins excitement.

He did have a few hiccups.

For one, it was pretty loud, so much that he recommends you to “invest in noise-cancelling earbuds“.

Second, he had to spent some time finding the right way to use it, which required him “angling the toy slightly” to match it with how he liked the “the depth of the strokes“.

The last thing I’ll add to the con list, is that it doesn’t come with handle-bars. You will experience a similar night-to-day eye opener as when you go from a sleeve-stroking to a thrusting male sex machine as when you get a better grip option.

Sure, it doesn’t look at nice, and seems bulky or extensive, but during use it’s just heaven – hence why this can only take the runner up position.

Why I Chose It

Josh, who tested the Handy for us, has quite the experience with sex machines for men. He’s also the owner of the Kiiroo Keon, but actually likes this a whole lot better, especially because of it’s simplicity and ease of use.

The only thing he mentioned that shortly made me second-guess if it in fact is the best for beginners is that the controls are on the backside when you use it. Meaning Josh found it “easy to mix up controls” – but after some use he actually found the controls to be in a perfect position for the hand.

What really sealed the deal is that the sleeve is self has a perfect balance between being soft and firm.

I’ve personally tested 70+ different strokers, and I can say there is a very hard balancing-act between a soft/loose and a firm/tight sleeve.

It’s about having a “soft enough to feel life-like“-sleeve (as Josh said it was) and then firm enough to provide enough stimulation. Or, as Josh put it “firm enough to make your cock feel held tight“.

The sleeve with the Handy strikes this balance perfectly, making it a great choice for any man wanting to try out a sex machine and have a good first time experience.

Why I Chose It

Vernon, who tested the Blowmotion machine for us, was at first surprised at how much it looked like a air freshener, which I guess is great in terms of discreetness.

The main thing I want to highlight is that this is a pick for the those out there looking to save a few bucks and are willing to compromise on getting a machine to masturbate for you rather than something to masturbate with. The Blowmotion is the latter.

It does come with some great vibration and heating functions, though. Vernon thought it “does a nice job” of imitating oral sex.

He also really liked that it “provided a more natural feel to the masturbation experience compared to other masturbatory toys that I have owned in the past”.

All in all, the fact that you get a silicone toy (instead of TPE as most of the other sleeves in the sex machines come with) is a great plus considering the relatively cheap price.

Which is likely also why Vernon like the feeling. Not only is silicone safer to use (because you can clean it completely) it will also feel better with lube compared to TPE.

Vernon also said he like that the Blowmotion machine was so small that it made it easy to hold, but did find his “wrist becoming sore after 20 or so minutes”, which I will say is pretty natural when you have to manually stroke, and the object is thicker than you’re used to.

Why I Chose It

As I’ve written already, Josh also tested the Kiiroo Keon for us – but I’m also personally an owner of it, and have compared it directly to my Fleshlight Universal Launch.

The conclusion from both me and Josh is that the Kiiroo Keon outshines every other sex machine for men in one area in particular: The size of the library of adult content it can sync too, and the different types. From VR to plain simple videos, and even to customized scripts.

The Kiiroo Keon actually also has a higher stroke speed than the Universal Launch, but does miss out because it can only be used in battery-mode, and because the stroking doesn’t feel as ‘hard’ as on the Launch.

Lastly, the design makes it awkward and more heavy-feeling to hold during use compared to the Launch because of the handles. That is despite the fact that I actually weighed them both with sleeves attached and there was a 1 ounce difference in Keon’s favor.

But, if your thing is syncing up – there is no doubt about the Kiiroo Keon being the better option. Especially if you own a VR headset like Josh does, then it’s “an extra immersive experience”.

Why I Chose It

Although I think  this is a monster-machine to big for most, it does have it’s place.

First, because it’s the absolute best machine that uses suction to ‘generate’ the stroking. Something I’ve only really tried on a few other handheld models, but without much effect. Or, as part of the manual vacuum-lid on Fleshlights.

Kevin, who also tested the AI Ultra, tested the VacuGlide for us, and personally prefers the sensation from the AI Ultra.

First, because he likes the thrusting motion a lot more, over the “suction-based stroking”. He thought it would be “most valuable to … people who struggle to get erections”, and someone who likes “constant shaft stimulation over specific and targeted friction”.

It took Kevin “a bit to get the hang of this toy”, and he didn’t find it ideal that the 3 sleeves are “all straight” especially when “you have a curve in your penis”.

One tip he learned is that “having shaved pubic hair is extremely helpful when trying to get the toy to work hands-free” as the best part is when “it stimulates your entire shaft at the same time”.

On a positive note he did find it “pretty quiet … for what it is”, which considering the size and suction power of this machine is a big surprise to me as an expert.

Why I Chose It

The Lovense Solace is an insanely fast stroker, partly because it actually doesn’t thrusts an entire sleeve up and down.

Instead it rubs the sleeve up and down on you shaft. It might seem like a minuscule and technical detail, but having tried both I can say it’s night and day.

Not that the stroking-motion from the Solace is bad, it’s just like comparing grinding to in-and-out movements.

However, to Connor who tested this for us, he was mostly concerned with the “pretty weak” motor and the relatively loud sound it made. The sound level is understandable though, as it has an insane 280 strokes per minute.

He did really love that you could “use it hands free with a desk mount”, and that amount of syncing options like being remote controlled by others, VR and much more it offers. I’d say it comes very close to competing with the Kiiroo Keon in that area.
