A Surprise Suction Cup

Design

The swirling aquamarine and gold design is visually stunning and stands out in my ever-growing sex toy collection. I also love how the subtle glitter in the platinum silicone catches the light. The head is bulbous, making insertion a moment of triumph for any who achieve it. It also features two knob-like rings arguing down the shaft towards the base, and a really subtle and incredibly thoughtful detail is that one side of the dildo has a kind of "fin" to it. Meaning there's an extra ridge stimulating you during playtime — you can twist the Aqua-King in any direction to get that additional fin to pleasure!

Ease of Use

The Aqua-King is not for the faint of heart or for those with a low-lying cervix. Insertion takes a fair amount of patience and lubricant if stretching isn't your hobby! Personally, it was a challenge but a rewarding one. Because of the flexibility density, you can easily target internal pleasure points, no matter which way you twist it. The bulbous rings and scales around the center of the dildo also provide constantly changing stimulation. While I used this dildo vaginally, I believe this toy is best suited for intermediate and advanced anal play. The anus is infinitely expansive and can take nearly anything you put inside it. The Aqua-King dildo would surely be life-changing if only I was born with a prostate. This got a 70 because it's so girthy and long that many people will likely find it to be a *touch* challenging

Quality

Again, I was surprised at how high-quality it was. I believe in being a harsh judge of packaging, so I was initially disheartened. But when I opened it, it didn't stink from manufacturing materials like so many other dildos out there. It was actually the silicone it was promised to be! I was pleased and relieved. The flat suction cup is a real sticking point for me — I couldn't have been more impressed. While the design was a bit jarring for any non-practiced eyes, it really is a thing of handcrafted beauty. Since they're individually made and created in the USA, each Aqua-King will be a completely unique piece with no other *quite* like it. While it does appear and feel pretty high-quality, I felt like the single-density really took away from the product overall.

Price

At just $107, this is an excellent purchase. There are so few dildos made from boilable, non-porous materials, especially at this price point. Other dildos made from TPE/TPR or other porous materials quickly mold, disintegrate, tear, and fall apart. Worst of all, they have microscopic pores that hide bacteria and other icky stuff, no matter how well you clean them. Because the Aqua-King is made from non-porous body-safe silicone, you can chuck it in a pot of boiling water for a few minutes or toss it in the dishwasher. That makes it simple to sterilize and safe to share! Also, safe for any opening you want to try and stuff this bad boy into. This is really an excellent price for the product.

Performance

This was a patience game for someone who isn't very into stretching. But the varying textures and ribbing all down the sides made for a patient and pleasurable product. The suction cup holds fast, and the flat surface is easy to hold onto if you're the inserting partner. Because of its flexibility, it's easy to target any internal pleasure point you're after without getting into any strange positions. One thing, which could be positive or negative, is that aforementioned flexibility. Many fantasy dildos are that way, so you can get the precise experience you want. What makes the Aqua-King unique is that you feel a sense of accomplishment just from insertion, let alone from getting off!

Packaging

As I previously stated, the packaging was a disappointment. I had hoped for a fabric storage bag for this price point. However, the bag does have all the information you need for care and storage, something that very few other dildos on the market have.

Materials and care

Made from body-safe platinum silicone, this is a super durable toy. But, like with every other sex toy on the market, you'll need to take good care of it. Wash it with gentle hand soap and warm water, or in your dishwasher in the top rack (no detergent added, please!) Alternatively, the best way to clean it is to put it in a pot of boiling water for a few minutes, then let it air dry. As with all silicone toys, only use the Aqua-King with a water-based lube. Mixing silicone with silicone can cause the body-safe materials to break down and become compromised. Store it separately from other silicone toys in a dark, temperature-controlled place.
