The Lelo Tiani 3: Through My Eyes

Ever since I found out about couples vibrators like these, I wanted to try one out. This desire only increased when I read Isabelle’s review of the We-Vibe Chorus! The idea of having a wearable vibrator that delivers extra clitoral vibrations whilst also giving extra pleasure to both me and my partner sounded like a pretty amazing concept. So, I was stoked when I got to test out the Lelo Tiani 3.
Trying it Solo
The first few times I used the Lelo Tiani 3, I was alone. I didn’t have any mind-blowing experiences in the beginning, but I enjoyed the hands-free-ness of it. The remote control was a nightmare to figure out, so for a while I gave up and used the button on the vibe itself. The vibrations weren’t super strong, a problem I’ve had with other Lelo toys like the Gigi 2, so I did have to push it against my body when I was getting close. I also wouldn’t really consider this a g-spot vibrator, since you couldn’t really feel much in the tail once it was inside. However, once I re-read the instructions a few times and figured out the SenseMotion controls, I had an amazing idea to wear the Tiani 3 and grind against some pillows — best feeling ever!!And With a Partner
After realising that the tail vibrations weren’t much, I had my doubts about how the Lelo Tiani 3 would work during sex. I’m a pretty small person, and I honestly didn’t know if both the vibrator and my boyfriend would… you know, fit. We went slowly, with a lot of lube, and nothing terrible happened. I was a little worried about the fact that it might affect the condom we were using, but it was totally fine. However, afterwards, my boyfriend asked sheepishly if we could not try it again! It squeezed him quite a lot and felt pretty uncomfortable — I imagine because the tail isn’t very flat. I also noticed that the ‘head’ was quite big, and became uncomfortable between us after a while when in missionary-style positions.

The Lelo Tiani 3’s design

A lot of things about the design of the Lelo Tiani 3 feel like a swing and a miss. It's designed specifically for use during PIV (or DIV) sex, and yet it doesn't seem that practical for that purpose. Firstly, there's a very bulbous 'head' that houses the motor. It's fairly square, so it didn't nestle that well on my clitoris or vulva, and so big that it got in the way during sex. Then, there's the 'tail' that goes inside. It's quite narrow, making it comfortable to insert, but not thin enough to be comfortable for your penis-owning partner during sex. Most of these didn't affect my solo experience, but weren't enjoyable with my boyfriend.
Assessing the Usability of the Lelo Tiani 3

If you want to use the Tiani 3 as is, it's quite simple to use. You just press the button on the top of the head to cycle through the 6 pre-programmed vibration speeds and patterns. However, there's also a remote control that can be used by yourself or your partner to control these modes, as well as the two SenseMotion control modes. These allow you to increase or decrease the intensity based on the angle you hold the remote at, or the speed with which you move it. Though, if you want to use these, you'll have to look up the very opaque instructions online.
A Review of the Lelo Tiani 3’s Quality

Like other Lelo toys I've reviewed, the Tiani 3 feels like a premium, high-quality product. The silicone feels soft and smooth, and the gold plastic feels sturdy and durable. In fact, the whole toy really oozes a luxurious vibe. I was, however, a bit surprised when I opened the vibrator to charge it and found that the charger didn't really fit all the way into the port. But, it still charged with no problems.
The Lelo Tiani 3: Budget-Friendly or Overpriced?

I can't wholeheartedly recommend the Lelo Tiani 3 when given its high price tag. I did enjoy it, and I think it's well-constructed and high-quality. However, the design is not going to fit everyone's body (or their partner's), and it may well ending being uncomfortable or even unusable for some. That being said, if you're really intrigued by the SenseMotion remote control capabilities and want a wearable vibrator to use solo, the Tiani 3 could be worth it for you. For the price, you'll receive the toy, the remote, a charging cable, a plastic 'key' for opening the remote, a storage pouch, a sample of water-based lube, and a warranty card.
How does the Lelo Tiani 3 Perform

I actually really enjoyed the Lelo Tiani 3 the first time I used it! The vibrations were fairly powerful, even if I did have to press the vibrator down a bit to get the full effect. The vibrations, however, don't travel down the tail that much when you're wearing it. I would say that the tail, instead, acts like more of an anchor, except it actually kept coming out as I was using it. I wish it was posable instead, rather than just a flexible piece of silicone.
The Art of Presentation: The Lelo Tiani 3’s Packaging

Every Lelo product comes in similar packaging: a black card box with gold lettering and a window in the front where you can see the toy. I quite like it — it feels simple and yet luxurious! However, I don't feel any qualms about throwing it away like I do with some other sex toy packaging. Since the Tiani 3 comes with a storage pouch, you don't need to keep any of the packaging anyway.
How to care for the materials of the Lelo Tiani 3

The Lelo Tiani 3 is made from silicone and ABS plastic, both of which are non-porous, 100% body-safe materials. The silicone feels silky smooth to the touch and pleasant against the skin. The Tiani 3 and its remote control are waterproof, which means they can be easily cleaned with warm water and a mild, unscented soap. Just lather it up, making sure to get into the crevices where the materials meet, and then rinse off thoroughly. It also comes with a storage bag to keep it clean and safe between uses.

Conclusion
The Lelo Tiani 3 was a mixed bag for me, but the more I used it, the more I liked it! Of course, the main reason I wanted it was to use during sex, but the shape of the vibrator was just not compatible with mine and my partner's bodies. However, I think it works pretty amazingly as a clit vibrator when you use it by yourself! For those who like the idea of not having to grip a bullet, wand or any other kind of handheld vibrator, the Tiani 3 could be a great experience. Just as long as you have the budget for it.

Lelo Tiani 3 vs. Lovense Lush 3
The Lush 3 and the Lelo Tiani 3 are both wearable vibrators with a tail for clitoral stimulation. The difference is the Lush 3 has a much bigger insertable part than the Tiani 3. That’s great if you are looking for deeper G-spot stimulation during solo play, but it’s too big to use during penetrative play. Another difference is that the Tiani 3 only has a remote control, while the Lush 3 is app-enabled, which is a better option if you are looking for a sex toy for long-distance or public play. Overall, if you want a small and discreet sex toy to use during penetrative, the Tiani 3 is the best choice; however, if you want a wearable vibrator that’s meant for solo or public play, the Lush 3 is the better option.Lelo Tiani 3 vs. We-Vibe Sync and We-Vibe Chorus
We-Vibe Sync and We-Vibe Chorus share a similar functionality to a Lelo Tiani 3; they are all wearable vibrators meant to spice things up during penetrative play. But because of the shape, the We-Vibe Sync and We-Vibe Chorus are much more focused on delivering vibration to your clitoris rather than the G-Spot. The We-Vibe Sync, We-Vibe Chorus, and Lelo Tiani 3 all have a physical remote control, but the We-Vibe Sync and We-Vibe Chorus are also app-enabled, which are a more versatile choice if you are into public play or long-distance fun. So, if you are looking for a clit-oriented wearable vibrator with an app control, the We-Vibe Sync and We-Vibe Chorus are the best choices. And if you want to add some G-spot vibrations to your penetrative play and you don’t need long-distance control, I would stay with Lelo Tiani 3Lelo Tiani 3 vs. We-Vibe Jive
The We-Vibe Jive is a smaller version of the Lush 3. It’s also app-enabled and has a bigger “egg” than the Lelo Tiani 3, making it a bit more versatile in terms of placement. Even though the We-Vibe Jive is smaller than the Lush 3, it’s still not meant for penetrative play, so if that’s what you are looking for, the Tiani 3 is a better option. However, if you prefer a love egg that’s designed for deeper G-spot stimulation and will be much more comfortable to wear in public, the Jive is a better option. Conclusion
If you’re after deep G-spot stimulation and are in a long-distance relationship, the Lush 3 is a solid pick. If penetrative play with intense clit stimulation is more your thing, the We-Vibe Sync and We-Vibe Chorus might be a better choice. And if you want something smaller than the Lush 3 but still app-enabled, the Jive could be your match. The Lelo Tiani is the best of both worlds; it has a G-spot stimulator, not as big as the Lovense Lush 3, but it’s still very pleasurable. It also has a tail for some clit vibrations, but they are not as easy to place as with the We-Vibe Sync and We-Vibe Chorus. The only drawback is the lack of app control that limits your options for public or long-distance play, but not everyone needs these features, and you can still wear the Lelo Tiani 3 around the house and let your partner control your vibrations!Lelo Tiani 3 vs. Lelo Tiani 2 – what’s new?
The Tiani 2 and Tiani 3 are luxurious, remote-controlled wearable vibrators designed to be used during penetrative sex. But the main difference is in their design: the Tiani 2 comes with two arm attachments for varied experiences, while the Tiani 3 has a wider head aimed at providing broader clitoral stimulation. When it comes to power, the Tiani 3 takes the lead. Although both models have just one motor, the Tiani 3’s motor is twice as powerful as the Tiani 2’s. Both are priced closely, with the Tiani 3 being a bit more expensive, and offer up to 2 hours of playtime. In summary: If you’re after variety in attachments and are okay with less power, the Tiani 2 is a good choice. But if you want more clitoral coverage and a stronger motor, the Tiani 3 is the way to go.How to use Lelo Tiani 3
