Why I Chose It

Choosing the Doxy Die Cast as the overall most powerful vibrator was a no brainer! Throughout many years and many vibrators, nothing has even come close to the delicious rumbly power of this shiny beast. It is 30% more powerful than the Hitachi Magic Wand Original, making this quite possibly the world’s strongest vibrator.

It is so powerful in fact, that for the most part I tend to stay around the lowest settings. However, I definitely enjoy the thrill when my partner’s feeling playful and cranks up the intensity.

I chose to include the Magic Wand Rechargeable as the runner up even though our tester, Edie, did not like it all as one of her main reasons for not liking it was that it was just too powerful for her! For this reason, I’ve also edited the ratings to be more representative.

At 6300 rpm, it’s still a way behind the Doxy Die Cast’s 9000 rpm, but it’s still definitely up there with the most intense vibrators on the market! Edie compared it to a “5 Richter scale earthquake” and like “riding a full-sized jackhammer!” While it just wasn’t for her, she also said that she only requires “whisper-soft caresses” and she is not a fan of intense stimulation.

Edie’s other main concerns with the Original Magic Wand Rechargeable was the extensive warning leaflet that came with the toy outlining the dangers of misusing the wand or getting it wet. She also noted it can heat up during use. While it is, of course, crucial to listen to these safety warnings, I think these dangers apply to most non-waterproof wands rather than being specific to this particular one.

The reason I went for the rechargeable version and not the original magic wand is that this one has a silicone head, while the original has a vinyl head, which is not as hygienic.

Why I Chose It

In my experience, powerful vibrators often come with a bigger price tag, which makes sense as they need more powerful motors. However, the Lovehoney Extra Powerful Wand Vibrator delivers intense stimulation for well under $100, which is a great deal in my books!

Our tester, Mariah, was “taken aback by the sheer power alone” but was able to find the perfect setting for her, making this powerful wand vibrator a strong contender for her “new favorite toy.”

As well as being a fan of the overall look of the wand, she “enjoyed the wheel control over the buttons on other vibrators I’ve used.” She also commented this makes it really easy for a partner to use the wand, even if they have limited sex toy experience!

The vibrations were more rumbly on the lower settings, but “the higher you turn the wheel, the more ‘buzzy’ the vibrations got.” She also pointed out that like many powerful wands, it’s loud, and “if you’re looking for a quiet toy, this is NOT the toy you’re looking for.”

Overall, I would say this is a great budget alternative to the more expensive wands like the Doxy Die Cast.

Having tried a fair few Lovense vibrators over the years, I’ve been consistently impressed by how strong their vibrations are.

Why I Chose It

If you are someone who loves extra powerful dual stimulation, I recommend investing in a rabbit vibrator that has two separate motors, like the Nova 2, so you don’t end up sacrificing on the clit vibrations.

Kasia reviewed it and loved it, both for the innovative design, and the powerful vibrations, commenting that she “built it up to medium speed and that was more than enough!”

The big flaw with many rabbit vibrators is that they don’t work for many bodies. However, Kasia found that the curved G-spot arm made “way easier to get the right spot.” She also liked that the “rabbit arm is very adjustable and easy to place onto your clitoris” and “provides constant clitoral stimulation.”
